Gwyneth Paltrow's nepo baby daughter Apple Martin has been cruelly trolled after making her beauty influencer debut at the Hourglass Cosmetics party.

The 20-year-old took the plunge in a black lacy slip dress and matching choker as she showcased the cruelty-free cosmetic company's $38 Phantom Volumizing Glossy at The Nines in downtown Manhattan on Wednesday night.

Apple, who is the daughter of Gwyneth and Coldplay's Chris Martin, struck many with her uncanny resemblance to her mother, 52, and looked glamorous with shimmery eye shadow and a glossy red lip.

But some social media users criticized Apple for looking awkward while modelling the makeup.

Taking to Instagram, one slammed: 'That's not natural. I think I saw Tesla robot act the same way.'

Another added: 'A natural? Anyone can stand at the bar and put on lil gloss.'

Others were quick to hit out at her famous connections, writing: 'I wish I had rich and famous parents!'

Another blasted: 'We don't need more nepo makeup. No. What's natural about that video? Makeup is a mask.'

A third asked: 'If there were no rich and famous parents, who even is this Apple?'

Others, however, were more supportive after branding the model as 'beautiful,' adding of the look: 'I love it.'

Last December, The Vanderbilt Hustler gave sophomore student Apple rave reviews for her role as a 'sassy Chicagoan director' who sang Razzle Dazzle from Broadway's Chicago during act two of the fall production, Curtain Call.

'The entire crowd clapped and cheered throughout the song,' Chloe Pryor wrote, 'with Martin's theatrical dancing and Chicago native impression as the highlights of the performance.'

Apple - who made her modeling debut at a Chanel haute couture fashion show in 2023 - is majoring in English and law, history, and society and she's also a Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority sister.

Back in 2023, her mom revealed that she loves digging in her closet and trying on her old red carpet gowns, including the sheer Alexander McQueen dress she donned at the 2002 Oscars.

Gwyneth oversaw her darling daughter make her society debut at Le Bal des Débutantes in Paris on November 30 where she donned a custom blue Valentino gown alongside 19 other young ladies.

Apple's famous father Chris confessed to Rolling Stone that it was 'so not something' he ever thought he would do: 'But because I'm so in love with her, I'm like, "Okay."'

'It's sad,' the 47-year-old Grammy winner said about being an empty nester.

'That's the only word. But of course it'd be weirder if they were still like, 'I can't leave.' Then you'd be more worried.'
