Disgusting Scam Involving Missing Items
I had ordered £103 worth of items. 6 Items included. I had not received 3 of said items worth £69 within the package. This disgusting scam of a company has the audacity to say they had packaged the items, when the package arrived ( fully sealed btw, not tampered with) 3 items were missing!! This is clearly a lie and this company won’t admit there mistakes. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Inadequate response to faulty product
I ordered a dress for my birthday last week and it’s not even lasted a wear. The diamonds have come off it and I only hand washed and the dress is falling apart. Because I’ve already worn it they have offered 20% back of the price of the dress. However I don’t think this justifies the price I have paid for it as they state a lifetime guarantee. I’ve asked for an exchange for something else and I’ve been ignored. I’ve ordered from oh polly a lot and spent a lot of money however this response has really put me off the company. I personally wouldn’t recommend anything that is very delicate material as it won’t last even though it costs a lot of money. I’m really sad an dissatisfied with this customer service outcome.

I had a return and took another dress in exchange. I was worried about the delivery time of the dress, because of an urgent event I attend to. Very understanding and helpful even though I made the mistake
Firstly, the materials used are of very high quality and the dresses are the same as in the photo. The dress I wore for my Prom was beautiful!
Anyway...
I ordered a few dresses to try and forgot to return a few in the normal timeframe of 14 days for a refund. I was crushed because they cost me a lot and I was mad at myself. First I contacted the Oh Polly Team and they said that usually it is expected from customers to read the return policy and return everything on time. But after sending another email and explaining my situation (first ever order with them ect.) they *Extended their returns timeframe for my particular order* and I could get a full refund. I don't know if they usually do this, but I also won't make the same mistake again.
They showed me professionalism, understanding, kindness and I couldn't be happier!! Thank you so much and if I want to buy something nice for myself again I will 100% come back to your store!

Awful delivery timelines and unresponsive support!!!
I ordered on July 9 and got an email the estimated delivery in July 24 way longer than their website stated when I ordered.
Over 2 weeks to shop from the UK to EU is completely unacceptable- you might as well order from China.
Support has been completely unresponsive. As a result I need to scour for a new outfit for my event and still need to return this terrible order.
Will NOT be using this company ever again.
