Do not buy from this company.
Its such a shame as Ella comes across as such a nice person . I ordered Jeans with embellishment and a body suit. The Jeans turned up with embellishment missing. I contacted customer service and they said that’s just how they are. I sent them back at my expense but kept the body suit after wearing it twice the stitching was coming away they refused to
Exchange or refund. I contacted my bank and they refunded me but they are contesting it. I will never buy again from here as if anything goes wrong they won’t help you

lovely quality but expensive, I paid for delivery and then to return cheapest was £5.10 absolutely ridiculous. I can see from other comments you can return via your own method but there was no return label in the parcel. It doesn’t cost me that much to post a parcel

Customer service at Fairfax is world-class, I lost one of my screws for a tassel on my boot whilst away on holiday for the new year. It was sent out for the next day so I could wear my boots on New Year's Day. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I will always buy from this company.
