Great customer service
I’m completely satisfied with Cider’s customer service! I received a package while out of town for an unexpected family loss and without any hesitation, they were able to extend my return Window. Although the dress was beautiful, it did not quite fit as hoped.

Cider is my favourite shopping app! I can never stop myself from shopping there because their clothes are so beautiful, and the fabrics and textures are amazing. Cider Review as a Recurrent Customer
I’ve been a cider customer for almost four years now and whenever I encounter a problem I contact customer service and they help me right away.
Today I received my order and one of the items were missing, and in less than five minutes they solved the issue for me.
Other than their inclusive sizing and amazing quality, nothing is delivered damage nor does it rip or anything ever.
Highly recommend.

The agent was very nice
The agent was very nice. I just hate that the sizing is way off. I didn’t realize that the XL & the 0XL are different and so I did a large order containing items for an XL when they didn’t fit :/ I’m so sad because I really wanted to use these clothing for items to my Japan trip.

Can’t go wrong with Cider :)
This is by my favourite clothing brand and app. Every piece I buy gets endless comments, the delivery is quick (enough), the return process is so easy and at times they’ve even let me keep items for free to re gift to friends etc. I’ve also received cute little surprises in my packages like a tape measure once which was such a sweet surprise. Although they don’t do exchanges, they do store credits which means I can keep shopping at my favourite store. Thanks heaps Cider xoxo
