Do not shop here, their return policy is so shady!! They refused to refund me on a skirt because of “stains” and I was shocked because I was so careful trying on the skirt in my clean room and I immediately put it back in the same packaging to return when it was too big. The photos they sent of the so-called stains were two of the tiniest spots on the skirt that were likely already there when I received that no one would have noticed, or they themselves caused when reopening the package. I wish I could include a photo on here because it actually is ridiculous how unnoticeable these two tiny spots were. There was nothing in my room when I tried on the skirt that could have caused them - I am so careful when trying on clothes. When I asked to escalate and revisit they stopped responding entirely. I suggest shopping at Princess Polly or Revolve, they are much more trustworthy and I’ve never had an issue returning to them.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My purchase arrived weeks delayed, I was sent the wrong dress, the dress they sent looked extremely cheap, and then they refused to give me a full refund unless I fronted the return shipping costs of over $300. My experience with their customer service was extremely frustrating. Would not recommend.
Don’t exchange - always refund first time
Please be aware that the returns process is confusing - by exchanging a size, this makes it an exchange so invalid for returns. And the returns system is so difficult when several items are involved that it’s easy to make costly mistakes. Customer service is terrible.
such a scam
such a scam! I’ve placed multiple orders and finally made a return. They “declined” all 3 items in the return shipment. Reason being one was “stained” and they said the other two were not in the shipment. Basically someone stole the two items from my return shipment, whether it was PepperMayo or USPS who knows. I barely wore the “stained” item and didn’t even have makeup on so no idea what they’re talking about. I wouldn’t order from them. They stole $200 from me

Unfortunately, we are having a very disappointing experience with peppermayo and unfortunately the only contact is an AI bot and we’ve been trying for over a week to return a dress and not receiving any replies.
I’ve just spent 15 minutes on the website explaining the issue and it loops back to the beginning. My daughter has registered the return, not received the return information and now the return window has passed AND we still can’t get the details to return.
Be warned - returns are impossible and if you are lucky enough to get through to them to place a return, it costs £20!

I had trouble sizing and had to do few exchanges and returns, and even when trouble with website, their team was always so helpful breaking it down super easy and fixing my problems quick and efficient. Even by extending return times to help!! Couldn’t thank them more, I’ll be buying more just because I know I won’t be stuck if I ever needed help! Thankyou team :)
This company scams with refunds
This company tries to scam their customers. I found 3 cute dresses for an event coming up and wanted to see how each style would look on me. Ordered all 3 according to their online sizing. The dresses arrived and I tried on all of them to quickly determine they were all way too large. Each dress was on my body for a matter of seconds before placing them back into their original bags. I returned them and decided to exchange one for a smaller size. By the way, they will deduct a fee for any return/exchange, which in itself is incredibly questionable... My returns were sent to them, and I was informed that I wouldn't receive a refund for one of the dresses because "it was worn" due to 2 tiny little black dots on it. Truly mind boggling that I was denied over a $100 refund because a dress was clearly delivered to me defective and I just didn't notice because it was on my body for a matter of seconds. Their customer service has been atrocious and won't back down due to these 2 minuscule spots. How they don't have anyone working for them that can use any kind of common sense that I sent back 3 dresses the same size because they didn't fit and requested a smaller size...the dresses clearly were not worn at all outside of being tried on for a matter of seconds. Avoid this company at all costs. Fraud, bad customer service, and the quality isn't even worth the prices.

Terrible Customer Service and returns process
I purchased six dresses for my daughter, all of which were the same size however one was so ridiculously oversized that it was either a poor cut or it had been sized wrong. It was so ridiculously big on her. I didn’t even think to take a photo because it was so unbearable. Therefore I returned the dress tags definitely still attached in the same packaging it got delivered in yet they are refusing a refund claiming the dress has a mark on it and they believe it has been worn.
I am so appalled their customer service trying to claim we had warm address. How could we with a security tag dangling from the back!
I am so outraged the first store that is only online that they try to scam people when you try to return an item.
Then Customer Service did not even reach out to me. I had to reach out to them to find out what was happening as they obviously now have the dress and my money and made no attempt at what happens next.
I am now going around in circles to find out what they are offering me as they will not give me a refund and they haven’t sent the dress back to me!
I will never be ordering from here again, which is unfortunate because a couple of the dresses are actually quite nice but based on their Customer Service I would not order from them!

Macey was eventually able to refund my shipping fee, but it took unnecessary time and effort from my end. I paid $26 for next day shipping and then my package was delayed. I explained this and asked for a refund but was told multiple times that shipping is non refundable. It took me expressing my frustration and disappointment multiple times in multiple messages for them to finally refund me. I wish this was a smoother process but am grateful to have been refunded.
