The costumer service was exceptional! I had store credit that expired and I was unaware of this. I emailed inquiring about it, and they gave me my store credit back so I was able to use it! Overall a very pleasant experience!!

I don’t understand the policy about the 15 pounds fee. So many reputable brands are not charging for retuned items and you do. Outrageous! First and last time buying something from this website.

I was really worried because I have heard not great things about the customer service for Hello Molly. Boy was I proven wrong!! I was having issues using a store credit and getting the dress I wanted online before it sold out again. Lisa from customer care replied to my email super promptly and resolved the entire issue right away. She was so kind and helpful. I will 100% order from Hello Molly again, simply because of the time she took to assist me!

I ordered a dress that came quickly & was very lovely but too small for me & unfortunately didn’t have the larger size in stock, but the dress was very beautiful. I returned the item & received an email to say it would be applied to store credit, it was a one off purchase for my brothers wedding so knew I probably wouldn’t use the store credit so thought this will be a big head ache trying to get the refund back into my account & within 5 minutes I had a lovely email from Tanya to say she’d sorted the refund to go back into my account. I was shocked because I really thought it would be a struggle to have that arranged, but it wasn’t at all. So thank you for making it so easy Tanya & I will definitely be shopping at Hello Molly more often if the service is this good :)

I needed help with a return of a dress that was a little snug. I reached out to support after a glitch kept me from being able to print my return label.
