costumer service was exceptional

The costumer service was exceptional! I had store credit that expired and I was unaware of this. I emailed inquiring about it, and they gave me my store credit back so I was able to use it! Overall a very pleasant experience!!

I recently had an exceptional customer service experience with Lisa. I had accidentally used my credit card for an order when I intended to use an expired store credit. I realized my mistake an hour later and sent an urgent email requesting a cancellation and refund. To my surprise, Lisa resolved the entire issue within minutes. Her efficiency in processing the refund and reactivating my store credit was incredibly impressive. Outstanding service!

I don’t understand the policy about the 15 pounds fee. So many reputable brands are not charging for retuned items and you do. Outrageous! First and last time buying something from this website.

UK returns are £15 for a refund or £5 for store credit (https://www.hellomolly.co.uk/pages/returns), with a prepaid label included to keep everything effortless and cover the full cost of the return journey to our warehouse. If you’d rather arrange your own return, just email info@hellomolly.com and our support team can help guide you through it and waive/cancel the original return fee on our end of our return label service so you are not charged for an unused return label.

However, if you have already sent back your order, we encourage to email our team regardless and they will be happy to provide an accommodative solution in this case.

We constantly review our products and processes, so your input is really valuable to us! We very much apologise for any inconveniences this has caused.

WOW! Thank You!

I was really worried because I have heard not great things about the customer service for Hello Molly. Boy was I proven wrong!! I was having issues using a store credit and getting the dress I wanted online before it sold out again. Lisa from customer care replied to my email super promptly and resolved the entire issue right away. She was so kind and helpful. I will 100% order from Hello Molly again, simply because of the time she took to assist me!

I ordered a dress that came quickly &…

I ordered a dress that came quickly & was very lovely but too small for me & unfortunately didn’t have the larger size in stock, but the dress was very beautiful. I returned the item & received an email to say it would be applied to store credit, it was a one off purchase for my brothers wedding so knew I probably wouldn’t use the store credit so thought this will be a big head ache trying to get the refund back into my account & within 5 minutes I had a lovely email from Tanya to say she’d sorted the refund to go back into my account. I was shocked because I really thought it would be a struggle to have that arranged, but it wasn’t at all. So thank you for making it so easy Tanya & I will definitely be shopping at Hello Molly more often if the service is this good :)

Bianca saved the day!

I needed help with a return of a dress that was a little snug. I reached out to support after a glitch kept me from being able to print my return label. Bianca quickly sent me the label once the problem was identified and helped me get my dress on its way back to the warehouse! Thanks again! Great customer service!

Great service!

I purchased a dress online for a wedding however Shoppay used an incorrect address, i realized this right after sending the order in! So I reached out right away to Hello Molly customer service to fix the address and Winnie helped me a lot by changing the address to my correct address same day! Thank you Winnie!

I had an excellent customer service experience with Lisa at Hello Molly. I was unable to initiate a return on my own because there was a typo in the email address associated with my order. Lisa responded promptly, quickly identified the issue, and generated my return for me without any hassle.
