Pick the app in Integrations
Dashboard → Integrations → Discord, Telegram, or WhatsApp — or the Webhook page for Microsoft Teams and Google Chat. Choose every form or one form.
Feature · Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp & Teams
Get every submission where your team already talks. Native connections format each message for the app — no Zapier, no relay to host.

Your form posts to one splitforms endpoint — no server, API route, or SDK. splitforms is the backend.
Every submission is saved to a searchable dashboard and emailed to you — spam filtered before it lands.
No glue code, no third-party middleman — it ships as part of splitforms and works from your first submission.
Copy-paste ready
Replace YOUR_ACCESS_KEY with the key from your splitforms dashboard. No SDK to install, no build step — the same html you already write.
// Setup is a dashboard step — your form stays a normal HTML form.
//
// Discord Integrations → Discord paste a channel webhook URL
// Telegram Integrations → Telegram paste the bot token + chat id
// WhatsApp Integrations → WhatsApp Green API or CallMeBot details
// Microsoft Teams Integrations → Webhook paste the Workflows URL, label it "Microsoft Teams"
// Google Chat Integrations → Webhook paste the space's webhook URL
//
// Each one can cover every form or just one form.

*/}How to set it up
How discord, telegram, whatsapp & teams flows through splitforms — what you do, what we do, and what lands in your inbox.
Dashboard → Integrations → Discord, Telegram, or WhatsApp — or the Webhook page for Microsoft Teams and Google Chat. Choose every form or one form.
A Discord channel webhook URL, a Telegram bot token and chat id, Green API or CallMeBot details for WhatsApp, or a Teams Workflows / Google Chat webhook URL.
Each integration page has a test button. The next real submission arrives as a formatted message, usually within seconds.
How discord, telegram, whatsapp & teams works
splitforms delivers each submission straight into the chat app your team already watches, formatted for that app, without Zapier or a relay you have to host. Discord gets a rich embed with the form name and up to 24 fields — paste a channel webhook URL. Route the same submission to an email inbox or a webhook at the same time — nothing here is one-or-the-other.

What you get
Every reason below is the boring, reliable kind — the fundamentals of discord, telegram, whatsapp & teams, built once and tested in production so you never have to.

How SplitForms works
splitforms receives the submission, filters spam, saves it to your dashboard and emails you — then, on paid plans, sends it on to your webhooks and integrations. No backend infrastructure to build.

Point your form to your unique SplitForms endpoint. That's it.

We instantly capture and organize every submission in your inbox.

Send data to email, spreadsheets, CRMs, webhooks, and 7,000+ apps.

No credit card required. Set up in under 60 seconds.
Connect & automate
On paid plans, submissions can also go to Slack, Discord, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Zapier or any signed webhook — and splitforms works on the platforms you build on, from WordPress and Shopify to Next.js. With Stripe connected, your forms can take payments too.

Common questions
Create a bot with @BotFather, add it to your chat or group, and find the chat id. Then open Dashboard → Integrations → Telegram, paste the bot token and chat id, and send a test. splitforms calls Telegram's Bot API itself — no relay or Zapier step.
Yes. Connect Green API (which links a regular WhatsApp account by QR code) or CallMeBot (which messages your own number) in Dashboard → Integrations → WhatsApp. Alerts go to one phone number per connection; use a different number per form if different people should get them.
In Teams, create a Workflow from the 'post to a channel when a webhook request is received' template with authentication set to Anyone, copy its URL, and paste it on splitforms' Webhook page with the label 'Microsoft Teams'. splitforms sends an Adaptive Card with each field as a row. Existing Incoming Webhook URLs also work.
Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat alerts are included on the paid plans: Pro ($5/month) or Annual ($49/year). There's no per-message fee.
The submission is always saved first. A network error, timeout, or 5xx gets one automatic retry, and every delivery is kept in the delivery log for 30 days with its status, error and attempt count so you can see what failed. Rate limits (HTTP 429) aren't retried automatically.
Simple pricing
Free gives you 500 submissions for $0 — no card, no time limit. Pro is $5/month for 5,000 submissions a month, and Annual is $49/year for 15,000 a month with every Pro feature.
