Fed ex are a terrible service and seem to be a scam. They left sorry I missed you note for starters when all delivery companies leave packages here always. I responded to say leave here at my address (in apartment complex) they left the note inside the complex. and I was working from home the next day. They said they have delivered the next day but it was not. It brings me to a page where I need to type my address to say it hasn't arrived and it's saying they have a different delivery address which would not be the case what so ever. They took a picture the day before of my front door when leaving the note. I tried calling to speak to some one and couldn't get through. These are shoes for my son that he really needed. I have emailed the company I ordered my shoes from to let them know how bad fed ex is. All reviews here are awful.

Using FedEx was a big mistake

I needed to send documents from the UK to the US, have them signed, and then returned fast, so thought I'd use FedEx Express. What a mistake! I prepaid for the return and arranged the pick-up from the recipient. She stayed home from work to be there for the collection, didn't leave her apartment for even a minute all day. The pick-up didn't happen, but I've been charged a hefty fee for an alleged "attempted pick-up"!

Shockingly bad company

Shockingly bad company. I got a note through the door saying my package had been taken back to their depot. Went online and filled out the form to give instructions to leave behind my side gate. Got a reply saying my instructions had been passed on and the package would be delivered to that location on a "no signature" basis. Next day I got another note through the door saying package had been returned to depot. So obviously my instructions had not been passed on. Went online & was given a customer service tel no. Rang it several times and got "your call cannot be accepted" message every time. Finally found an email address & got a response saying my package required a signature despite them having explicitly told me it didn't. I emailed back to explain this but was told the only option open to me now was to collect the parcel from their depot which is over an hour's drive from me. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

Imported three items in a package

Imported three items in a package . One was a small pocket knife, perfectly legal to import into the uk . Received updates delaying the delivery for two months , kept saying at local depot and on the way. eventually admitted that the parcel had been destroyed without any communication

24 hour service now up to 96 hours and counting

This is now the fourth day in a row that my delivery has been promised, but I’m still waiting. Absolutely no communication, other than at the end of each day, I’m informed that my delivery will be the next day. This is their 24 hour ‘priority’ service. This is the poorest delivery service that I’ve used to date, and the standard I’m measuring against is not high.

Conflicting Delivery Information and outright lies.

Was waiting for a business delivery. The tracker says "Attempted Delivery, Customer was not available or business was closed", in spite of lots of activity going on. I was home, carpark was busy. No one saw any delivery attempt. Then we get an email saying "Your shipment may be impacted by general." So who knows what is going on with it. FedEx surely don't.

Utterly useless.

Hopeless!! Address on the parcel was correct but was delivered miles down the road to a different address, not sure if the driver can speak or read English!

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY AROUND. AVOID!!

Was expecting a high value parcel (£2000). Made no attempt to deliver but put a note to say customer not available. No slip through the door. Then said delivery would be re-attempted the day after before 6pm. I took the day off to stay in and receive it, they then never arrived before 6pm so extended to the end of the day. Parcel never arrived. Says it’s gone back to the airport, I assume to be returned. No possible way to get hold of anyone through email, phone or online chat. Absolute disgrace of a company and shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Joke!!!

bare in mind the bell was rung like a brush like he was banking i wouldnt be in,i know this because i ran to let him in but decided to look out window ,and can see him about to get back in his van
loads of attitude
he old me i need to come downstairs,i said your late 3 days and realised he wanted me to carry the package upstairs,instead of prolonging the situation i had to carry package with the man as he pushes package ,causing damage to the box
i said hold on because your goin too fast,he kept saying what,WHAT,aggressive which infuriates me,
i wanted a bike but interms of service i get a late,rude aggressive fed ex driver with a bad attitude,
what happened to accountability
,lastly i went back downstairs for some letters and he couldnt even open the door,he was parked infront so he could see me gesturing why couldnt he close the door he just puts the shift in gear and drives off,i hope something is done about this,the whole ordeal was disgusting i absolutley hate these guys .in myb work that just would not go on and would be dealt with and has been sohow is this thing still hasppening,all these companies are so bad and seems to be allowed for the sake of money,nasty and @cadenceperformance i really think this needs investigation if your goin to use their service,they are dragging you along with them

Incompetent and dishonest

So far I have received 9 emails giving a date and time of delivery. I have been waiting for a week now. Despite advice that the package was finally out for delivery, I have now been told it is coming tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it. Completely unreliable and not at all trustworthy.

Dreadful service

Dreadful service. Website impossible to navigate forget any useful information or response. The parcel they had for us needed a signature. The didn't tell us which day they were delivering so they tried twice and we were out. They said they'd try again but instead sent it back to the shipper. Just all such a bad inefficient service.
I contacted shipper on Amazon and requested they used a different company which did and it arrived within a couple of days.
How can such a big multinational company as FedEx get it so wrong.

Received an email on Monday saying my goods would be delivered between 9am and 1pm yesterday. Didn't arrive then mid afternoon informed they would be delivered by 7pm. At 7.40pm yesterday still no delivery and received a notification that part of the delivery would arrive before 8pm today! Still waiting and no way of ascertaining when or even whether my goods will arrive and am wondering why the message said only part of the consignment would be delivered. The online tracking is worse than useless!

FedEx? Rename as FedUp!!!

Ordered an expensive package from the US, where the company use FedEx. Was unaware how terrible they are until having this issue.
Tracked the package as it moved daily across America for 6 days. Then it landed in the UK. And that was the last anyone heard from it!
According to the tracking system, it’s been “on the way for 12 days, yet has estimated delivery date.
After seeing it not move anywhere for 5 days, I contacted FedEx. Their response was to log it as a missing package. But they needed information from me to help find it. A series of questions such as “what does the outside of your package look like?” and “could you quote any identifying labels on your package?” confused me - how can I identify something. I’ve never seen or received???
As I couldn’t, they closed the case and told me to contact the seller to sort it with them!
How can a package just vanish if electronic checks are happening?
Zero help, support or responsibility accepted from FedEx. Now won’t receive my package for when it’s needed at the weekend and have to chase about to try getting a refund.

I'm amazed they're still in business

I'm amazed they're still in business! Parcel didn't arrive on time, so nobody was home when it did. Today is the next day and we've waited the whole day again, it's now past 8pm and it's not here!!!! As a business, please and please don't use them!
