This is worst courier ever

This is worst courier ever. I ordered a musical instrument, they just gave it to someone else that I don’t know, without my permission or my request. Delivered it to the wrong address for no reason. And nobody seems to respond. Horrible

Horrid

Horrid. Tells me package is out for delivery and suddenly updates to a delay. "Out for delivery" suddenly changed to "Processing at UPS Facility".

"Delivery will be delayed by one business day."
Then the next day, "We’re sorry your parcel was delayed. We are adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible."

Still haven't got an update or a new date for delivery.
How is that possible unless you people are boldly lying straight to your customer's faces?

Never used UPS before, man what a first experience this has been. Never seen anything like it. I'll give credit where credit's due though, next time another carrier, which could be anything EXCEPT UPS, has any unexpected incidents, I wouldn't even bat an eyelid in comparison to this experience I've had. Absolutely infuriating.

We are sufficiently disabled that we often don't pick up a delivered package promptly after delivery. In this circumstance, the package was very small, and the driver wisely suggested that we should come downstairs and collect it immediately. He was correct - in fact, the package was a cartridge of ink for our home printer, which was a replacement for a previous shipment which we hadn't received'.....

I live in M41 area

I live in M41 area, my local UPS guy is amazing. Fab service and caring deliveries.
I suffer from parcel anxiety (thanks to companies like Evri, DPD and Yodel) but when i see it's being delivered by UPS i can relax as i know its in safe hands.
Thank you to my local guy for being amazing as always.

UPS were to deliver a parcel to my home…

UPS were to deliver a parcel to my home address in Worthing 3 days ago. They informed me they were unable to deliver so took it to a drop off point. There are people in my house all day every day and no bell was rung nor card left. I am crippled with arthritis therefore cannot get out very often that is why I order goods to be delivered however UPS seem unable to comprehend this fact and have now sent 4+ emails telling me to go to Broadwater to collect my parcel and each time I reply explaining that this is not possible due to disability etc. Either UPS staff can't comprehend written English or they are biased re disabled people. They have more or less accused me of lying because there 'records' tell them delivery was attempted, what sort of a company is this? Certainly not a delivery service that's for certain.

Useless

Useless. Driver did not even ring the doorbell and took my parcel to a location which is not convenient for me to get to - and they want government photo ID. Initially, I scanned the QR code and arranged redelivery to my address. I checked again today and found there was no record of this and that it was no longer an option. I've had an ongoing subscription with a company for years but I'm going to cancel it now.

Parcel delivered successfully

Received advance notification of delivery, with further updates. Following by notification on the day of delivery given on hour delivery window.

Parcel delivered on time, handled with care as contents was fragile. Item received in perfect condition from overseas. Thank you.
