This product was a huge letdown and honestly feels like a scam. I bought the hair serum because their website promises a 90‑day money‑back guarantee if you’re not happy. After two months, I saw zero improvement — my hair actually looked worse — so I asked for a full refund.
Instead of giving me what they promised, they tried to offer me 30% back. I said no. Then they offered 60%. Still no. I ended up going through my bank to get my money back because their “guarantee” clearly isn’t real.
I wouldn’t trust this company at all.

I booked through their website than I had a question which I asked via email. After 5 days I didn't receive any reply so I decided to cancel my booking via website which it didn't allow me to cancel it. I had to call them to cancel it so I don't recommend it at all since customer support is weak and the website apparently doesn't let you cancel it!
