Fake guarantee and zero result

This product was a huge letdown and honestly feels like a scam. I bought the hair serum because their website promises a 90‑day money‑back guarantee if you’re not happy. After two months, I saw zero improvement — my hair actually looked worse — so I asked for a full refund.
Instead of giving me what they promised, they tried to offer me 30% back. I said no. Then they offered 60%. Still no. I ended up going through my bank to get my money back because their “guarantee” clearly isn’t real.
I wouldn’t trust this company at all.

Not a good return policy

Generally I’m happy with the shoes and my issue is with quality team and return policy.
I once wore a football boots and it made my big toenail sore so I returned it but it was rejected.
I’m not happy with the boot which I just wore it once and I can’t wear it anymore since it makes my big toenail sore.

Terrible Customer Support – Lost Parcel, No Accountability

I've had an awful experience with this courier service. They lost my parcel, yet every time I contact them, they just say, "It's on the way," with no real update. There's a contact number, but calling it is pointless—there’s no way to actually speak to someone.

It’s been over a week, and they still haven't been honest enough to tell me where my package is. Completely unacceptable service.

the product didn't have any effect on my hair. Worse, they require you to subscribe without prior notice and automatically charge your account. Additionally, there is no phone support available—you can only reach them via email.
To cancel subscription you should send email.

no reliable customer support

I booked through their website than I had a question which I asked via email. After 5 days I didn't receive any reply so I decided to cancel my booking via website which it didn't allow me to cancel it. I had to call them to cancel it so I don't recommend it at all since customer support is weak and the website apparently doesn't let you cancel it!

Worst return policy

I bought three sofas and one small rug. The day after that I returned the rug but I was told they wouldn't accept it since I had ordered in the store and if I had ordered online I could return it. So nonsense. If I knew it I wouldn't order those three sofas.
