Hopeless!! Address on the parcel was correct but was delivered miles down the road to a different address, not sure if the driver can speak or read English!

Bought a packet of Ben's original Street Food, 'Chow Mein Style', what a disappointment! Packaging looked tempting however the content was anything but, a bland packet of noodles with an unpleasant chemical aftertaste. never again!!

Chinese scam operation, do not use! Eventually received my 'sweatshirt', it's a rag, wouldn't even wash my car with it, also about three sizes too small! Not worth 40p let alone £40.00.

Phoned twice requesting information on a vehicle being auctioned, was assured on both occasions that someone would get back to me, no one did. Will not bother again they obviously don't need my custom.

Machine mart online were good, I paid the extra for next day delivery however Parcelforce are a shambles! I should have received the item on Tuesday, it is now Friday and I am still waiting!!

Purchased two AA insurances via the site (house & car) expecting to received £40 credit on each, only to find out both had been declined, none of my queries were responded to! Very disapointed, would not recomend this site, as the saying goes 'if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is'.

Dumped Sky because of their appalling customer service and ever increasing charges. Switched to Utility Warehouse after a recommendation and I have to say they have been excellent, fast response to customer service calls, polite and helpful, happy to recommend them.

Appalling service
I have been a Sky Broadband and TV customer for a number of years and went to sky because of the diabolical service I got from BT, I didn’t think a provider could be as bad as BT, but guess what?.... Sky can. My internet connection went down two weeks ago so I contacted the customer services number (on numerous occasions) only to receive automated messages telling me there were waiting times of 45 mins. Eventually I entered into a protracted (3.5 hr) text dialogue with a so called expert who, you guessed it, miss diagnosed the problem meaning I was off line for a fortnight. I have now resolved the problem myself by borrowing a friend’s router which he had surplus as he had also dumped Sky because of poor service. I could go on, but safe to say I will never go with Sky again and have cancelled all my subscriptions. They are quick to take your money but when there is a problem they don’t want to know.

Excellent service will definitely use again.
