Position Statement What your amount would really sell for.
Name a token and how much of it. A Position Statement records what selling the whole amount would have returned at one moment, on-chain and on exchange order books, shown apart. No wallet address needed.

How it works
Name it, see what it would cover, then pay
- 1Name the token and the amount
A coin we track by name, or a contract address and its chain. You never give a wallet address, connect a wallet or sign anything.
- 2See what it would cover, then pay
The coin we understood and the markets we would measure, before any payment. Then USDC on Base, the exact amount shown first.
- 3The measurement is taken
Within about half an hour, or at 17:59 CT (18:59 CT in summer) on a date you choose. If a market does not answer, it is tried again; a paid statement is never lost.
Who it is for
For one holding, wherever it is kept
A presale, an airdrop or an early purchase that the price says is a large sum. For large holders.
A grant or an invoice settled in tokens, and what it would have sold for. If you are paid in tokens.
Two parties agreeing a price for an amount, who want a figure neither of them made. For off-market deals.
A holding spread over several wallets, to put in front of members or investors. For teams, DAOs and funds.
What you get
The whole amount, four smaller sizes, and two kinds of market
- The whole amount, and four smaller ones
Each quoted for a real sale, so you can see where the return starts to fall away from the price.
- How much could leave at each loss
The amount that could have been sold with under 1%, 3%, 5% and 10% lost, and the ceiling where a market would take no more.
- Two kinds of market, apart
Pools on Base, Ethereum and BNB Chain, and the order books of Coinbase and Kraken where the coin is listed. Never added, never averaged.
- A way to check the copy
A reference and a fingerprint at the foot. Whoever receives it can confirm it was issued by us.
- Kept three years
In your account, and $9 keeps it three more. You can delete it at any time.
Questions
Asked before buying
Do you check that I hold the amount?
No. The amount is the one you type, and the statement says “a stated amount” beside it. Nobody’s balance is read.
Why two answers instead of one?
Selling on-chain and selling into an exchange order book are different markets. The statement shows both and never adds or averages them.
What if my token cannot be measured?
Before you pay, the order page shows the coin we understood and the markets we would measure. If we cannot measure it, we say so and nothing is charged.
Is it a valuation?
No. It is a measurement, not an appraisal or an audit, and it does not set a figure for tax.
Before you pay
- A stated amount. The amount is the one you type. No balance is read, and the statement says “a stated amount” beside it. To show what is at an address, use the Realizable Value Statement.
- Not a valuation. A measurement, not an appraisal or an audit, and it does not set a figure for tax.
- Two answers, not one. Where a coin trades both on-chain and on an exchange, the statement gives both and does not blend them.
- Not every market. 3 chains and 2 exchanges. Binance is not read, and the statement names what was not. Never a past date.
- Sales are final. Open the sample first. The free Sellability check shows the same measurement on screen.
- Nothing about a wallet is kept. The token, the amount and the record, for three years, deletable by you. The privacy page says the same.
