I placed an order on April 15th, 2026. It is now July 6, 2026, and I still have not received my order. Their website does not work; their tracking site is blocked by Norton as malware. BUYER BE AWARE, it is a scam site!

Do not buy from Stellaya

The knives I received were the worst quality I’ve ever seen. They are so dull they can’t even cut butter, making them completely useless.

The company claims to have a return policy, but don’t count on it. I emailed multiple times requesting a return and never received a response. There is no real customer support, and returning the product appears to be impossible.

Save your money and shop somewhere else. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Stellaya.com

The rep with customer support was very nice and efficient.

I made one request and it was followed up immediately and professionally and resolved kindly and courteously. I couldn’t ask for a better outcome or better customer service.

I was not happy with the product and since I bought off of Facebook I figured I would have a hard time returning. Charles promptly replied and gave me a full refund

I received nothing. This company goes under many company names sell the same product at each company. The reviews need to extend all of their company names. I am compiling a list of company names to post here and everywhere.

After thoroughly checking reviews and comparing stores etc, I purchased a steam cleaner.
Shipping was slow, but I was excited when it arrived. Unfortunately, it was far from what I expected, and faulty - essentially useless - So I contacted customer service, described the faults and asked for a refund or replacement.
I was immediately offered an apology and full refund, which was processed straight away.
I am impressed at the level of service, and the way it was approached by the team member.
Five 🌟 service from Charles - Thank you. I can only give 3 🌟 for the overall experience because the steam cleaner was not worth the wait.

Very poor quality and doesn’t handle they way you see in videos. Hard to shred and cut. Blades are cheap metal. So sad! I was really excited to use them… disappointed.

Very disappointed with my experience with Stellaya. After placing my order, I received a tracking number that does not provide any tracking information. I have emailed customer service multiple times but have not received any response. The lack of communication and inability to track my order is frustrating and makes me question the reliability of this company. I would not recommend purchasing from Stellaya at all! Looks like a scam!!

This should be banned from any platform they’re just stealing money from everyone. You will never receive anything you order.

First of all I have email you twice without a response. Never received the product I paid for. Guess I should of read reviews before I ordered. My mistake, hope whoever got what I paid for enjoy it.

I found this company excellent, no complaint with them at all.

We had placed an order for the special knives and our house number was incorrectly recorded. We sent three emails to their customer service to rectify that and received no response. The courier was delivered to the incorrect address which we had to recover from them. The quality of the product was so inferior compared to what was shown on their website. Never purchase from them. BUYERS BEWARE

Extremely bad experience. Sent my delivery to wrong address! Zero customer service. I think they are just making money without shipping products!

Scammer, not responding to emails and no update to the product.

I ordered the car washing water gun set for power washing. The order took too long to come in with absolutely poor customer service. I’ve reached out via email to return this product with no success. It came with no instructions or return receipt. If anyone is looking to order from this site, please don’t. It appears to be a scam. If I get a positive response I will let you know.

Very slow to deliver; didn't receive what I had ordered; zero response from customer service.

They are an online vending machine for tat. They only get 2 stars because they did actually deliver something.
