Not what I expected.
Hello. the first issue I had was that on order number #11991667 I made an error and ordered 4 units instead of the 2 that i wanted. when I messaged customer support immediately following the error, I got a response email that it was too late to change the order. I was not pleased about that, seeing as I contacted customer service right away. Then upon receiving the pressure nozzles and trying one, realized that the nozzle was just a regular water nozzle and not the pressure type nozzle that it was promoted to be. I would like to return the 3 packages that i have not opened. Please provide me with instructions on how to do this..thank you.

Everything went wrong with this company. I wouldn't order anything from them again with a 10 foot Pole. They are not good. Your product never comes the way you ordered it. It never works out. You can't reach anybody, they keep telling you. Oh, we can't find your order. You send them the information with your order. You're routing number what you order, and you still don't get anything from them, do not order anything from this company. It's a ripple of company and they are bogus, read the reviews you don't have to listen to me, read some of these reviews. This started back in May. Here it is, July 10th 12, and I'm still dealing with them trying to clean this up. Do not deal with this company.

I ordered three of the large clear…
I ordered three of the large clear storage bags and two of the three had broken zippers when arrived... the third was extremely fragile - not at all helpful for a storage bag that needs to be stuffed and thrown around. Basically they are worthless!

I received my product and it doesnt do what it said electric spray telescopic airbag comb. All the videos showed it straightened hair all this does is add steamed water to your hair nothing more. This company did send me a refund, under the name SADENSK: Sad that I had to do this to get their attention. Thankful they did refund that Is rare. One of those companies that say they sent and delivered pkg but it was never sent, and you never received it. When I looked it up before I ordered, it said safe. It is not! They asked me to send my info in their answer. Before I posted this review I contacted them 5 times and told them the product never arrived. Their answer every time is check with your post office. Which of course means nothing as their tracking number is not a USPS number, their tracking number just says invalid. They did contact me and say they would send a refund but I seriously doubt I will ever see one. If I do I will update.

Scam? No product no refund
I placed an order, they made up some delivery address that was not mine, I cancelled order, they said 10-14 days for refund, never came. I asked for refund again, told it was being processed again no refund, tried a third time. Now their asking for banking information, leading me to believe this is a scam? And I’m out $100, don’t order from this company!

Well, I never received my order, they said it was delivered to mailbox, but I don't think it could fit in my box to small. Also, they did not put my Apt # so how could they deliver??? I'm sure if I would have received the order my review would have been much better. And I would have gave credit where deserved. Would have liked to try the product.
