ordered 3 of the air compressing storage bags. Absolute rubbish. Made of thin plastic like a carrier bag. Flimsy and cheaply made but not cheap to buy! Rip off!!!

This definitely a scam. I didn't get what I ordered, not even close. I got there tiny little bags instead of 3 extra large bags

I saw their advertisement on Facebook about storage boxes with hinged lids. I purchased 2 white and 2 black since April I never got them and they already collected $ 102 from me.
These people should be prosecuted for false advertising and not sending correct items and sometimes nothing to consumers.

The email is a joke. Gives you a FAKE order # that isn't found, you email to inquire and get no response days later. They were quick to pull money from my account, but nothing else seems real. Tried purchasing the steam hair brush.

Amber was really helpful at solving my issue. She worked very quick and efficiently to refund my order. She had a kind, professional and understanding attitude during the whole process.

Ordered my tools apr 28. Received an email that my order had been delivered around May 8th. Tried repeatedly to get in touch with the company AND the shipping company (also poorly reviewed) only to finally get a response from Rushbat may 18th requesting me to wait a week. I waited and then forgot. One week turned into 2 weeks. Still nothing. I’ll be disputing for a refund of non received items. I would never ever trust this company nor would I recommend to my worst enemy.

I placed an order 6days ago, ORDER Mbat-1689301 3xblack & 3xwhite Large Clear Thick Plastic Storage with Hinged Lids, the only email I received was thank you for your purchase we'll let you know when your order has been sent, up to now I still haven't heard from them, I also sent them an email but they haven't replied, I will never ever consider ordering anything else from this company ever again

I placed an order of a Mothers Day gift from them on 4/28/26. When I hadn’t received a shipment confirmation within a week I tried to cancel but they said it was too late. The item took three weeks to get to me. The item (hanging flower baskets) was much smaller than what they showed in their advertising, so I immediately sent an email requesting an RO#. It has now been a week and I have not heard a word back from them. My only option now is to file a claim against them through PayPal. This company is a scam!!

I inadvertently clicked on upgrade not knowing that my total bill would increase more than double. I sent an email quickly requesting cancelation. To my surprise I received a response from Julie who was able to rectify the issue expeditiously!

I bought a food peeler, and it arrived late. The product is disappointing—of terrible quality—and I do not recommend this site to anyone.

I bought scissors that were advertised a s Guggenheim scissors which definitely were not. I was also scammed into buying 3 pairs instead of only 1 pair buy being offered 2 at a discounted price, which was very misleading. Now I have 3 pairs of fake Guggenheim scissors and am down $127!!

Shipping took a while and I became alarmed when my confirmation order number and tracking number indicated “no order”. I emailed and the quickly replied and resolved. We got our peeler/knives shortly after and the product 100% doesn’t disappoint, works like a champ and is good quality. It does not look or feel “ cheap”. The weight and design and finish are all indicative of well made. The follow up after having to reach out was on point and professional

I ordered fruit peelers shown and described as wooden handle with a thickened stainless blade. They arrived as plastic handled with a flimsy steel blade. Cheap junk!

Great customer service. I had an issue with my order, basically I accidentally over ordered and didn't realise until I'd paid. I sent an email and received a very quick response. My refund was taken care of quickly, I am very impressed and thankful.
