ROWGINS, is a horrible company to order from. Please beware, they will take your money from your account and not provide the product. I got a delivery email regarding a product. I have been waiting for over a month, almost 2 months. I looked at the tracking and it stated delivered on the front porch. However, the dates did not even match up. The product was supposed to have been delivered on 6/23/ 2026 at 1603. I received a delivery notification on 6/30/26.However, when you look at the tracking, it states that the product came through my local United States, Postal Service, and ended up in Chicago. It stopped right at Chicago. The dates, times, and locations are not matching. The products are either Non-Existing or in Limbo. Either way I did not get my products. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ROWGINS.I don’t even think the product was mailed off. It is the massage brush. I am asking ROWGINS for a full refund this is a very poor company extremely poor do not be fool. Do not buy anything from this company, you will be disappointed in the customer service and in your delivery

Awfull. Website is bloody mess, ordered one bottle they charge me 4 bottles!!!! Wrote email to cancel my order, next day received email saying is shiped items. Send 8 emails, no response from them!!! I hope vr3dit card would fix this issue and I get my money back!! Imstead 22£ for headlights cleaner they charge me 81.66£ fot 4 bottles!! Scammers!!!
