I ordered the stainless steel depth-30-length-40 kitchen cutting board May 23rd and of June 10th I have not received it. Tried calling but the automated call never went through. I have written twice with no response. I highly recommend that you not order through this company. I'm out all of my money!

The costumer communications was good and they responded and solved the problem quickly. They even refunded me with full amount and didn’t wait for long time, the only thing is that the order actually takes too long to be delivered.

Please, please and please again. People listen if you want real answers this is it. Don’t I repeat don’t buy from this company. They are a fraud and should be investigated. I purchased for 56.42 and only received $12 back as a refund. I canceled before processing payment and they still refunded me $12 only. People are always saying they want real answers well this is the real truth don’t waste your money here. Well, the company did their part, my item was delivered to the wrong address I assume. I emailed them & quickly got a response. They are returning my $$$ with no questions. I'd rather have my order so I'll just re-order the same item from them. Very good customer service. Thank you Naivetu.

The product ordered did not fit any of my hoses. I looked for some sort of adapter, but couldn’t easily find. When asking for a refund or help, the customer service team quickly responded and gave me a full refund. Thank you!

I received my order and initiated a refund request the very next day by contacting naivetu.com. Fifteen days later, I am still waiting for even a simple acknowledgment of my request.
The lack of customer service is extremely disappointing. My experience has been that customer support is effectively nonexistent.
Furthermore, the pressure hose gun I received does not perform as advertised. The product’s marketing created expectations that were not met, leaving me feeling misled as a customer.
What concerns me most is how difficult it can be for consumers to obtain timely support or refunds in situations like this. Stronger consumer protection and enforcement against misleading advertising practices would help prevent others from having similar experiences.
I would strongly discourage potential customers to not buy anything from this company as simple as that!

It took a long time to receive our order (about 1 month). When I reached out to the company, they replied promptly and assured us it was coming. What stands out to me is that even though it was delayed, and we did finally receive it, was that they gave us a portion of our total back for having to wait so long. They replied to our emails and followed through. Looking forward to using their product to clean my sidewalk and driveway.

I purchased 2 cabbage peeler gadgets of Facebook , arrived in good condition but when l went to use them they were a piece of crap , they do not cut though cabbage as shown on site , they were not as expected because they were not capable of cutting our cabbages we grow here , organic l suppose , company has taken my complaint on board and has given me a refund which will go in my bank in a few days , they seem like a good honest company time will tell with refund as promised
