Received 20% off my first order as the hook which is standard tactics. I did like their clothing as it fits me very well. Was going to place a second larger order and contacted CS to see about a repeat customer discount. Answer was...nah. This is the idiotic thinking of most companies. Grow a brain and reward your repeat customers with discounts and incentives instead of gouging them and ending the relationship. There are other companies that sell a VERY similar product that understand how to keep their clients. Buh Bye Vuori.

I don’t write many reviews

I don’t write many reviews, but Vuori earned this one.

I recently discovered that an order had been shipped to an old address due to an error that I failed to catch when placing the order. By the time I realized what had happened, the package had already been delivered.

I contacted Vuori expecting a difficult conversation. Instead, their customer service team responded quickly, treated me with respect, and immediately worked toward a solution. They shipped a replacement order without making me jump through hoops or making me feel like I was trying to get something for free.

Mistakes happen with every company. What separates great companies from average ones is how they handle problems when they occur. Vuori’s response turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that reinforced why people speak so highly of the brand.

The clothing is great, but the customer service is what made me a repeat customer.

Awful company

I purchased some clothes from this company but unfortunately they didn't fit. A usual situation for online. I returned the goods and after one month they haven't refunded me. Claiming I haven't sent it back. Poor customer service and if they don't resolve it I will have to contact my bank

Avoid this company online. I managed to find a store while working abroad but as a service online you can see from the other reviews that they are incapable as a company to help their customers.

At the moment I am £1000 down

AVOID until their distribution in…

AVOID until their distribution in sorted out. Package didn't arrive at all and then when I managed to get in touch with someone (they only do email with overseas customers) they couldn't reship as 2 of the 3 items as they were out of stock. The did offer to reship the one item 'free of charge' which was a joke as i had already paid shipment for the original item. Have asked for a refund - will see if i actually get it in a timely manner!

Very poor quality cloths…

The clothe are very thin material and very cheap. Definitely will not order from them again. Not even going to waste my time returning. So thin like pajamas. So many scams companies anymore!

System limitations only allow us to refund the original method of payment for up to 120 days after the purchase date. We feel this should be enough time for you to experience your gear and discover whether you love it or not. Anything returned after this time frame will be refunded to a Vuori Gift Card that can be used online or in-store.

For orders paid with Amazon Pay, returns must be completed within 90 days to receive a refund to the original payment method.

Customer service was terrible

Customer service was terrible. I reached out to let them know that a new color of the same jogger style of which I owned multiple pairs, ran very large in the same size which I discovered when I received it as a gift. Over the course of an entire afternoon, they sent me 4 different emails requesting photos of this and that and various bits of information and ultimately did not help me. Awful. They have zero stars.

Ponto Performance 1/2 zip hoodie… ignored by company

Given Ponto Performance 1/2 zip hoodie for my birthday an within two weeks, there was piling/bobbling of the material. Complained with photos to customer service via their website but have not had a response weeks later. Don't bother buying this overpriced tat as it can't withstand normal wear and tear.

Poor Quality and Customer Service

I used to be a Vuori customer, but not anymore, as one of the trousers I had, just started deteriorating after only a few months. Reached out to customer service and, although they said how proud they are of their products, they could not offer a replacement, but instead a 20% off a new purchase. You can keep that, and I will stay away from your brand.

So good, the kore shorts . I wear them to the gym, class, coffee shop, and the material is soft enough to wear anywhere. Sizing was right and delivery was fasts

Case # #26157547 Vuori received double payment and will not give me credit nor refund

Case # #26157547 Subject: Double payment to you for my order

Message to Vuori: I paid you via Venmo, and the charge did not go through. So I paid via paypal. I received a notification that you charged my paypal account. I saw a hold on the amount of $186.96 (date of April 7, 2026) on my VENMO account. I contacted Vuori, who informed me that since they were already paid, the Venmo pending would not go through. It actually DID go through and they paid you ANOTHER $186.96 for the same order. (Order ##26157547 shipped to a friend. I get a TON of stuff from you and I pay enough without paying you TWICE for the same order. I need a refund or Vuori credit for the $186.96 since you received payment from both Venmo and PayPal for my order. I need a manager to fix this as soon as possible since I have already spent HOURS trying to fix it when it happened with assurances that after a week-10 days the "pending" would be dropped. Instead it was sent to Vuori.

Venmo shows they PAID VUORI, and PAYPAL shows they PAID VUORI. You received DOUBLE PAYMENT for this order. Venmo DENIED my request for my money back for this order because they said THEY PAID YOU: Note from VENMO: This decision was made because our records show that this transaction was processed correctly.

Palms still burning

Palms still burning: Tried these on. Within thirty minutes of handling the fabric my palms were literally tingling and hot, still burning as I write this. That is a nervous system response to a chemical load on the cloth. Researched the product. Vuori’s DuraTerra ripstop is Teflon coated. Teflon is PTFE, a PFAS forever chemical that persists in soil, water, and human tissue for over a thousand years. A second antimicrobial finish sits on top of it. The hangtag hides all of this behind the words “organic cotton.” For the bigger picture, read Christopher Bryson’s The Fluoride Deception. Same industrial playbook, older chapter. Returning them. One star.

Fraudulent charge in lieu of refund

I mailed back and returned pair of pants one month ago. I found a new charge on my credit card and Vuori is claiming it is a refund. I am owed over 250 dollars for the fraudulent charge and my refund. Vuori has not responded to my request for help.

Disappointed in product and lack of customer service

P.S. sent this review several days ago to Vuori customer service to give them the opportunity to respond but they did not. So here is my review:
I was excited to try a pair of the Halo Essential Wide Leg pant. I consulted their size chart and purchased the MEDIUM per their chart.
I DID NOT select the Expedited Shipping that cost an extra 15.00 but at checkout THE OPTION WAS SELECTED AUTOMATICALLY for me, so a pair of very lightweight sweatpants arrived within 3 days and cost me $147.00 CDN.
I reached out to VUORI's (automated) customer service at the time of purchase --no opportunity to speak with a person about the additional and unselected shipping charge-- and was assured by the BOT that someone would reach out and the money would be refunded. I completed the sale, but no-one ever reached out.
So, the package arrived quickly. I opened it and was alarmed by the overpowering chemical smell emanating from the pants, but I tried the pants on any way. The fabric is very soft but quite thin and unfortunately the pants were too big.
I returned the pants promptly. The return was painless, the refund came quickly, but the 15.00 additional charge that I did not select in the first place was never refunded and again nobody ever reached out to me.
So here we go:
2 STARS for quick (partial) refund
0 STARS for the chemical stench of the product
0 STARS for the lack of customer service

CHECK THE LABELS - Don't take quality for granted, it has changed

Check the labels!!! Quality Change - Don't take for granted anymore.
I am a long-time customer of Vuori, and I mean long before they became all the hype and they only had a couple colors and styles - Vuori was quality and comfort, and I did not care if they did not have more selections. They are very expensive and I was fine paying for it. I recently purchased a pair of pants and the fabric changed. I always trusted this brand never having the need to check the labels and what the fabrics are made of. But this recent change is a different fabric that feels horrible on the skin. The label showed a completely different fabric from Cambodia. I have all types of clothing from this company. Shorts, tanks, running shorts, joggers, all kinds of tops, one pieces and never had any problem. BUT!!!! That seems to have changed. The new stuff from Cambodia or any fabric that is a cheaper version - I will not purchase. I did not return my pants and considered it a lesson learned. Check labels, take nothing for granted. Bummer.....
