Cannot get deposit back from OpenRent !!! Desperately trying to get deposit back…

Desperately trying to get deposit back from OpenRent who are holding my deposit which I’ve already returned to my tenants. Sent 4 emails just getting generic reply. Why are they not releasing deposit to me !

DO NOT BOOK AN UNSAFE BOAT TRIP WITH VIATOR

Awful customer service booked a boat trip in Mauritius from Tripadvisor and it was horrendous. Incredibly unsafe a boat designed for 4-6 people had 18+ on. It felt like a people smuggling trip. I immediately contacted Viator who were not interested and would not give a refund even though we refused to get on the boat as too unsafe. Viator should not be advertising risk of death boat trips. Do better viator !!!

Appalling DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE

Appalling DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE! Flight landed at wrong airport and was delayed by 3 hours then they cancelled connecting flight. No communication no refund left totally on our own without any help. Landing was horrific thought we would crash Now they won’t pay out even fir cancelled flight. Just appalling !

I’ve taken out a subscription however…

I’ve taken out a subscription however the first delivery was thrown over the fence and left soaking wet, second delivery sent wrong beans and next delivery they charged me twice and sent 2 orders even though I only ordered one and I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for a refund ! It seems very disorganised and inefficient. The coffee is nice but I wish they’d sort the deliveries and my refund asap
