I purchased some clothes from this company but unfortunately they didn't fit. A usual situation for online. I returned the goods and after one month they haven't refunded me. Claiming I haven't sent it back. Poor customer service and if they don't resolve it I will have to contact my bank
Avoid this company online. I managed to find a store while working abroad but as a service online you can see from the other reviews that they are incapable as a company to help their customers.
I have already contacted the company but they ignored advances.
Avoid the almond butter at all costs. Fourth jar in a row that contained harmful stones. Thought maybe from 1 or 2 jars I could let it slide. However, happened with two jars from myself and then my in-laws also experienced the same in two separate jars.
Having young children means I won't buy this again. I emailed them for assurances that it was a stock issue or similar but no reply at all. Now to try and find something of the same taste quality but higher food standards.

Hello Alex, I’m sorry that you are finding almond shell in the Almond Butter, whilst it quite uncommon, it is a comment we very occasionally receive but we appreciate that biting on nut shell is quite unpleasant and would certainly be a risk if fed to small children When the almonds are prepared they are cracked then sorted using a variety of techniques, (air cleaning, sieving, gravimetric destoning, optical colour sorting, visual sorting on belts.) With all of the best possible efforts however it is impossible to guarantee a 100% shell free product. Our suppliers are very clear on this in the specifications that we receive. The technologies are improving all the time and we have certainly noticed that all ingredients are coming in to us cleaner year on year. We buy from a wide variety of growers in Spain, Italy (Sicily) and the batches do vary of course, as with any natural product. We visually scan constantly whilst we are making the all of our butters but of course cannot 100% guarantee to find every piece. As you will appreciate the almond nut shells are often virtually identical in colour to the nuts themselves. We do make a comment on all relevant labels declaring this, unfortunately with all of our best efforts it would be impossible to guarantee a shell free butter. I appreciate that you may be a bit put off nut butters at the moment but I would be happy to send you a jar of something by way of apology if you were able to send us your postal address? Well, well, well. Not surprised to arrive here with abysmal reviews and terrible, blunt replies.
Ordered books on 2 February. It's now the 2 March and still not here, stuck in Delivery and unable to get hold of FedEx. Their phone number is automatically set to "there is nobody available at the moment" from the five times I've tried calling and they don't respond to emails.
I'm £79 out of pocket, no books, no gifts given to family. Terrible terrible company. Will get my bank involved and although I have fifteen of their books I will now purposely purchase from only other companies. ****holes.
