Received 20% off my first order as the hook which is standard tactics. I did like their clothing as it fits me very well. Was going to place a second larger order and contacted CS to see about a repeat customer discount. Answer was...nah. This is the idiotic thinking of most companies. Grow a brain and reward your repeat customers with discounts and incentives instead of gouging them and ending the relationship. There are other companies that sell a VERY similar product that understand how to keep their clients. Buh Bye Vuori.

Review of Vivint

Failing horizontally

I've had four Vivint systems. All have been incredibly buggy and struggled to dependably protect my house. Vivint's only saving grace is being the king of the pigs in home security services. The others are slightly to greatly more of a nightmare. My current issue is billing as I've been overcharged for my new system over the last four months. Currently on hold during my sixth attempt to rectify the situation. Offshore customer service makes solving this issue...challenging...to say the least. It would be amazing to actually be a client of a security company that both reliably secures your property and offers great, USA, customer service. That company would earn trillions as everyone would go there! Simple concept but you'd need to find people who care about both quality service and keeping their customers happy. UNICORN!!! Update on that sixth call. Just got hung up on by their "loyalty" team. They didn't even get through their opening lingo before the line cut. With that kind of loyalty team...why even both to offer customer service. Just create a VM system that you never call back...Vivint is winning biggly everyday.

Utter garbage!!!

Utter garbage!!!! You can't call them, their chat system is down and has been for months, and all their emails are no-reply!!! I have an invoice coming up and I have no way of contacting them to discuss what I want to renew or not. Literally NO WAY!!! My only recourse is to dispute the charge when they inevitably make it. I can't stop it. Disgraceful way to run a business. Also reporting then to the BB and my states AG. Getting out as soon as possible. Would recommend all do the same. DON'T register your domains here!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely abysmal customer service

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Long, long hold times and forget about their utter trash chat option. Once/if you get ahold of them...clueless. Expect to have to enter their God hold customer queue a number of times before you see any resolution. Very rude individuals as well.
