NO GOODS - NO MONEY BACK - NO REPLY SINCE 6 MONTHS
Since January 16, 2026, I have been waiting for any response from this company.
The goods were supposed to be delivered but were apparently returned due to an "incorrect address." However, the address provided is correct, and I regularly receive parcels at this address without any issues.
According to the tracking information, the shipment was returned to the shipper's warehouse instead of being delivered to me. I do not understand why this happened, as there was no problem with the delivery address.
I have contacted the customer service several times and requested either a redelivery of the goods or a full refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any response. NOTHING.

The company is terrible. The do not send an invoice for the product just a tracking number. Product final arrived and it looks like it was rushed off a 3d printer. Broken pieces, jagged edges and no response to request for retune or refund. Do not purchase from this company. JUNK JUNK JUNK.
