Great customer service. I had an issue with my order, basically I accidentally over ordered and didn't realise until I'd paid. I sent an email and received a very quick response. My refund was taken care of quickly, I am very impressed and thankful.
Review of XO HOTELS AMSTERDAM
Overall our stay here was great. The location very good with public transport easily accessible. Restaurants and supermarkets with easy walking distance also. The hotel is generally very clean and renovated, for some reason the walls in our room had a lot of dirty marks on them. That might not bother some but I personally found it a slight issue. Definitely include breakfast if you book here, Michael and the others put on a freshly made and tasty selection and they are also very friendly.

Very good communication through the app once booked. Our driver Nassim was waiting when we arrived at Schiphol airport and communicated well to help us find his location (As drivers must wait outside at this airport). Nassim was friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this service.
