Bikeshop almost always has the needed item. Far away from being mainstream. Unique things at reasonable price. Shipping is fast and reliable. So far haven't had any issues with them.

I look at the website....what kind of "DISCOUNT" are you talking about cheapest bike cost 2000euro over there!!

Poor customer service

I was sending email to the customer service that I was interesting to buy a new road bike with a specific model and equipment and ask for availability. In return they link me one of the most expensive bike they got way over budget and equipment.

They just said i could order it, but could take months to get it. I missing a real salesperson that could give me some resonable option that are similar to my request.

The answer I got are the same info I already got from the website

Canceled order

I placed an order on black friday and 5 days later they canceled my order. I did not get any answer from them why they did that and the support does not respond. Disappointed with them....

Never again! The worst and slowest store! is the worst store I have ever…

This is the worst store I have ever dealt with in Sweden. The number provided in the email is incorrect and leads to a construction company. The number provided on the website is not active. Email contact is very slow. The store has been processing my return for over 10 days and nothing! Never shop here again.

A mixed experience

EDIT: Since my last review, I have received an excellent response from the team. They quickly addressed my concerns and assured me that the package had already been sent. I must admit, this level of promptness and efficiency has restored my confidence in your store.

I sincerely recognize that your store offers competitive prices, and it is clear that you value your customers. However, I still believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support communication. Adding a live chat feature or ensuring that your phone lines are working would greatly enhance the overall experience. I understand that there may be technical difficulties that can disrupt smooth communication, but having reliable support channels available at all times is crucial.

Super Annoyed

I have to say I am really really disappointed with the whole experience so far. We finally got the bike delivered(second order, and god knows where the first order is) and guess what: it is the WRONG BIKE!!!!!! Can we have this experience more worse than it is? I want the bike we have ordered not other bike! Please contact me ASAP to sort this out.

Great prices and fast delivery

I ordered a summer sleeping bag and camping food and the items arrived fast (ordered on Saturday, received next Wednesday). The prices were the best I could find at the time of purchase and especially the sleeping bag was half the price compared to other eshops. Will definitely order from bikeshop again!

Poor customer service

After ordering one of their products that nearly destroyed my bike frame, due to lack of quality they wont answer my emails. I have been humble in what I request in compensation but I haven't received any answer, except for an initial question wether the problem was caused by the problem or me.

Really poor customer service.

I got the bike, but they did not send all required parts…

I got the bike, but they forgot to send me a crucial part for fastening the seat post. The bike has a proprietary part for that. Ive tried to get help through there service, but the phones are down and they don't respond to emails on their support email… Its now been 2 weeks since I got the bike and no help what so ever. sent over 10 emails. My patience is waining and I am starting to get really frustrated. It is totally unacceptable to have such bad customer service. I guess if they would get everything right in the first place all would have been great, but I would not recommend anyone to order from them as of now…

I cant find any e-mails sent to us from you registred e-mail adress either.

Edit: I found your e-mails after you provided some more information. As far as I can see we have replied to your e-mails except for the one sent earlier today. There seems to have been some miscommunication regarding the part you need, but since you now have supplied the pictures we requested it should sort itself out pretty quickly.

No assembly manual and poor customer service

Bought a kids bike that was delivered relatively quickly but with no instruction how to assemble the bike, or even a owner’s manual. On direct request instead of sending instructions they sand a link to a poor instruction in norweigan that is not even complete.
I’m disappointed and concerned that they sell vehicle to be used by children in traffic without a proper manual. I really hope there is not kids out there on poorly assembled bikes risking their health and safety.
Cant strongly enough recommend against this company. Do not buy things from them!

Thanks for your feedback. We do have a manual that's supposed to be send out by e-mail instead of in paper form because we try to use as little paper as possible. In your case that doesn't seem to have worked properly as far as i can understand.

If you are not happy with the instructions you where sent by link later on after contacting us, we are sorry to hear so and will take a new look at it and see if there is anything we can improve. Adding a second language in addition to Swedish or Norwegian shouldn't be a problem.

If you have any further questions or issues with assembling the bike please do not hesitate to contact our customer service, and we will do our best to aid you.
