I purchased an item that I wanted to return. Contrary to what is stated on the website, there is no return label in the packaging. Accordingly, I emailed their customer support for a return slip. I received no response, so I sent a second email, and then a third. Now almost a week has passed and nobody from the company has responded to me.
I won’t be purchasing from them again - they’re clearly not reliable - and I would advise others to shop elsewhere.

I ordered a bicycle and a chain lock. The bike was delivered relatively quickly. The packaging was damaged on the underside and taped. The lorry driver from DHL said he had received the package with the bottom open. He had taped it himself.
Furthermore, the bicycle chain was not fitted, it was loose in the box, tangled around some spokes of the rear wheel. The chain was open, and I found one part of the master link somewhere in the box but not the other (the clip). I could therefore not mount the chain and I had to get a masterlink in a local bike shop.
The chain lock was not included in the box nor in a separate package. I had not received any information about whether it had been sent separately or not, or how it was to be delivered.
I contacted customer support and told them everything stated above. The short answer I got was that the chain lock had been sent to a DHL service point. No comment on anything with the bike or the chain.
Later on the same day, I received an SMS from Bring (so, not DHL) saying that my package from Biketown can be collected. I did so and it was the chain lock.
Now realizing that the pedals were not wrapped in plastic as is usual with new bikes. They also did not have the mandatory stickers with L and R to indicate on which side they should be mounted. Looked like they were taken from another bike. They seemed new (although with some small scratches) and the assembly was no problem, but it was a little strange.
I will not buy there again

Worst delivery experience ever. Ordered a jacket as a bday present. Approx delivery was about 5 days according to the website. In the end, they didn’t have it in their warehouse, so it took almost a month to get my order. Without any notice or smth. In the end, they delivered it to the post office with a short pickup period while I was out of town, so I had to find somebody to help me. Never order anything from this shop again.

The bicycle came after almost two weeks (Falun to Uppsala) despite saying shipment within 1-2 days. I could understand that they might be very busy but then they need to inform customers. Could never see the status of my order.
Worst is that they use DHL freight which is a horror. Please pay more for shipping instead offering this terrible "free service".
DHL freight only delivers home between 9-13 on weekdays. Took time off of work but didnt come in time. Needed to take a bus to their facility before 17.
Last note, steering wheel was loose, needed to pay 200sek to local bikeshop

I bought a bike and some accessories to it. Everything was in stock and should be sent within 1-3days. After 3 days part of the order was sent while the full amount was invoiced and marked as shipped in their packing list.
At this point it's it was impossible to get a hold of biketown.se, the customer service phone hangs up after 10minutes and after +10calls I gave up with that. I sent 2 email to get additional information about the rest of the order and received conflicting status from the customer service, some said that it was packed and on the way while the other said that it was in production.
When I received the preassembled bike 10 days after confirmed delivery, the derailleurs was not correctly adjusted. I sent a question regarding this to the customer support but with the previous track record I found it was easier to fix myself.
Tldr: long delivery, incorrect assembly, invoiced for parts that are not shipped but it was cheaper than competitors.

Delivery was fast and I was initially very happy and started using the bike right away. However, on day 2 I noticed the bike was acting funny when changing gears, and when I finally decided to do a proper inspection I noticed the back wheel was just about to fall off, with the bolt holding it together barely hanging on. You really expect your bike to be put together by a professional, in an environment with some type of quality assurance. I bike my 3-year-old to and from preschool every day on this, it could have ended badly.

Lots of spam though, not to mention an injudicious request for this review.
