Questionable practices
I ordered a few times from Bikable and never had any issue with them. Prices are correct and shipping is always fast.
But this time when I ordered a Garmin bike computer, I received a package with a seal stating "WARNING RETURN RIGHTS VOID IF SEAL IS BROKEN"
Is this a joke? As a customer, I have a legal right to inspect the merchandise I ordered before accepting it!
Having no time to waste in legal arguments with Bikable, I simply returned my order to them (without breaking their seal) and bought my Garmin computer from another reseller.

Order never delivered
No control of their deliveries/suppliers
Orderd 2 tyres. Was suppose to be in stock a few days after order.
Got three mails with further delays.
Was in mail contact how I can rely on the delivery time and basically they had no idea as up to supplier which keeps giving unkept promises . Ladies in customer service was nice which is reason for 2 instead of 1 star.
Ended up getting other tyres from them which I hope will be delivered in a few days
Will never order something from them unless stated it's available in stock

Longer delivery time
My package took a week longer time than expected to arrive. I sent an email to ask whether I would receive it and I was told that there was delays with suppliers. It would be nice to know earlier next time, or to be contacted directly in case of delay.
