Great product and a very good price but I don't understand why, when I place an order and paid for it and then it takes 28 days to be delivered? I emailed asking why, asking when my order will ship and with this order never heard anything until UPS emailed me about delivering. However when I contacted support about the issue they promptly responded with the 2nd tracking number. Overall a good experience.
