Ordered our Factory Pure based on recommendation from a family member. It works better than anticipated. Our pool management company is very impressed every time they check our pool. It climbs walls and does a great job.

The bucket golf worked great. We used the pickle balls and real clubs. The family reunion was a hit because of this game.

These men communicate very well. Get to your questions straight away and knowledgeable about all their products. No waiting for heavy volume. Helped with communications with producer and warranty work. I will confidently purchase from them in the future.

My experience with them was extremely disappointing. They advertise products as if they are new, but I received a generator that had clearly been used. The packaging was damaged and not original, there was a strong smell of gasoline, the muffler was rusty, and there was even gasoline left inside the fuel tank. Shipping a generator with fuel still inside is unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns.

They also hide important terms and conditions in very small print, making them easy to miss. In my opinion, this is not an honest way to treat customers.

Their prices are also higher than many competitors, so there is no reason to take the risk. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I will never buy from them again, and I suggest that other customers shop elsewhere.

My expectations were greatly exceeded when I saw how professionally the unit was packaged. This is not a plastic yard toy. The power drive is substantial. There is serious heft in the drive unit. Assembly was straight forward with simple easy to follow instructions. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.
