Martha Stewart has made a shocking admission about her Christmas trees this year - revealing that it's not just one that she has to worry about decorating.

The homemaking mogul, 83, took to TalkShopLive during this year's Black Friday to show off recipes and savings deals from her own Martha Stewart line.

But during the session, she also gave an insight into what her holiday season looks like while taking some fan questions - including from one person who asked how many trees she would be decorating this year.

'I like to have at least two trees per room,' Stewart admitted.

'So the porch gets two, the green room gets four, the hallway gets one, and outside, lots of them outside, too,' the star continued.

And, perhaps to no one's surprise, Stewart also admitted during the livestream that she has a 'vast collection' of holiday decorations and ornaments.

'Well, I start looking around, I go to specialty holiday stores that pop up here and there, and I add to my collection,' The Martha Stewart CBD owner said.

'I have a vast collection of holiday ornaments, as you can imagine, and I sometimes feel like I'm crazy to buy anything else, but I do, every year,' she added.

Nowadays, Stewart seems to spend most of her time at her farm home in Katonah, New York.

But if you're looking to host this holiday season like Stewart does, she's offered up her tips for throwing an amazing dinner party - and even shared the number one mistake that many hosts make.

In October, she told Today that the biggest error that people make when hosting is 'not being organized.'

'Pre-organization really does help a lot to get you in the mood and it also helps you a lot with so you don't leave things out and forget ingredients,' she told the outlet.

However, there is an easy fix to this problem, the Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia founder explained.

The mogul revealed that she likes to make lists to keep herself on track when hosting.

'I'm a list-maker, a memo-writer, I do all of that,' Stewart said. 'When I'm just ambling around, I'm dictating into my phone, making sure I get everything in order.'

She admits that she makes lists for 'everything.'

'I do it for my garden, I do it for my home, I do it for my laundry, I do it for my wardrobe,' she said.

But what happens when you're on the other side, and you're not longer the host, but the guest?

During the interview, the Martha Stewart CBD founder also gave some pointers about what to bring the host at their home.

She explained that she likes to make the gift feel 'personal,' and base it upon the person's own taste and personality.

'It depends on who they are, it's something appropriate for that particular person. I don't take the same gift to everybody,' Stewart told Today.

'It might be a tray of my beautiful homegrown eggs,' she continued.

'It might be a bottle of my homemade cider. It might be a basket full of homemade jams and jellies that I've been making all summer long, I like to take things from my farm.'
