Parcel delivered on time, handled with care as contents was fragile. Item received in perfect condition from overseas. Thank you.

Transfer policy to different car

My existing car developed mechanical issues. So replacing car would be best option. Using 1st Central On line facility, I was able to transfer my insurance to replacement vehicle quickly and easily

Awesome vocals remover from songs

Have been looking for really good vocals remover from songs to provide instrumental version, being a total Green Day freak. Others, particularly instrumental versions on YouTube are very poor.
The Coolo version is amazing. I'm currently producing instrumental versions of all my Green Day songs collection, over 400, using Coolo, might take a while, but it will be fun. Thank you.

Delivery srvice

Updates provided with map showing where delivery vehicle is in relation to final destination. Unfortunately not in real time, as not updated. You have to log out and retract regularly to update vehicle location. Parcel delivered before system updated vehicle location. Also parcel was damaged

Emergency, lost of electricity supply

I'm extremely vulnerable as you know. My electric went off 7am. Called British Gas. The lady was so helpful. Engineer arrived at 10am. He was so kind and helpful, repaired the system and everything is now ok.
Thank you for your prompt and kind service. I always trust British Gas.

Very competitive quote

Very competitive quote, easy to follow and arrange cover.
Only gripe is cancelling auto renewal. Unless I missed it, couldn't see option in quote. Nothing in contract documents. Had to make contact on line to cancel auto renewal. Took along time and laborious. Very frustrating.

Was unsure about certain aspects of cover. Spoke to agent who was very understanding and helpful. Resolved issue successfully.

Poor Yodel service again

Day late delivering parcel. During 7 hour delivery window, first notified 4 hours before end of window, awaiting driver allocation. Then 40 minutes before before end of window, informed unable to deliver, after waiting in all day.

Following a leak

Following a leak, I needed a radiator replacing. Dyno attended my home on the same day of my call. Isolation the leak and ordered replacement radiator. They fitted the new radiator few days later.
Chris Manger, engineer, was amazing. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Everything is working perfectly. Thank you to everyone at Dyno. Five star service.
