Great customer service

I've now made several purchases from String Sports and have always been very happy. Whether it be in person in the shop, over the phone, or online, they always make time for me. They answer my questions and offer good advice.
In store they also step back and let me try things on, get a feel for them etc, take my time basically.
It was the range of products/good prices that got me started with them. It is the customer service that keeps me coming back.

I would 100% recommend String Sports

I would 100% recommend String Sports to anyone considering buying a tennis racket. They responded to my questions via their live chat pretty quickly and their communication regarding your order was excellent. I've already recommended them to other people at my tennis club for their service from initial enquiry to speed of deliery.

Very helpful staff, knowledgeable and patient despite my ignorance in regards to tennis and its realm.
They guided me through my shopping experience and advised me without being pushy.

I would like to recommend String Sports…

I would like to recommend String Sports for their superb customer service and racket knowledge. After thorough discussion, the manager helped me choose the strings and racket and ensured a quick speedy delivery. He took the time to call me, and assess what was best needed. within 24 hours turnaround, the racket arrived. Thank you! I have already recommended you to others.

Great service.

I purchase, on behalf of a tennis club, large quantity of tennis balks, on an annual basis, from Stringsports.
Courteous staff and a quick service are the norm.
