I've now made several purchases from String Sports and have always been very happy. Whether it be in person in the shop, over the phone, or online, they always make time for me. They answer my questions and offer good advice.
In store they also step back and let me try things on, get a feel for them etc, take my time basically.
It was the range of products/good prices that got me started with them. It is the customer service that keeps me coming back.

Everything ran smoothly. Easy to make the ticket purchase. Ticket transferred via TM. No issues on the night - I sat in exactly the seat I purchased a ticket for.
Can only give it a 4 star though as the fees charged for the transaction are ludicrously high.

Love my first pair so much I am buying another pair - different colour, different style but because they use the same last, I am confident they will be just as comfy!

I can usually find a location near to where I need (typically within a few minutes walk from a train station). I've mostly used Premier Inn locations as it is a brand I know but even when I have chosen shop locations I have received good service.

Great in-store experience. Friendly staff happily talked me through the pro's and con's of each trainer option. Listened to my objectives for wanting one. Really helped me arrive at a decision I am happy with.
They then guided me through the most cost effective way of ordering it from them and it arrived a couple of days later.
All set for a winter if indoor cycling!

All 3 people I have spoken with (Zoe, Annie and I didn't write down the first gentleman's name) have been excellent.
They talked me through what needed to be done and resolved things to my satisfaction.

My only complaint would be how long I had to wait to get through to these great people, but I guess 20-30 mins is better than a lot of other companies!

...and looking good! I bought a pair of ladies sized Langho boots earlier this year at a show. I have finally got round to wearing them now autumn is upon us. They are so comfortable to wear. I could walk for miles in them as they have a good, springy sole and look every bit as stylish as I remember.

During my first visit to the showroom, Tom was excellent at explaining the features and options of the wardrobes I was looking at, including delivery and assembly options. He helped me see the pro's and cons of different configurations and manufacturers. The only reason I didn't make a purchase there and then was I needed time to ponder whether 3 or 4 doors would be best for the room I was furnishing. I really appreciated him not pressing me to make a decision that day.
Likewise, when I returned to make the purchase Graham was also very helpful and friendly as Tom wasn't in at the time. He made sure I understood the offers they had in store that day and how I could arrive at the best value option for what I wanted.

Without fail, my order is ready for me when I go to collect it. Love being able to pre-order via the app just before my bus/DLR gets to my stop.

Order arrived on time, packaged safely to prevent damage to flowers.
The rainbow lilies are pretty but nowhere near as fragrant as most other lilies I've had so will stick with the natural colours in future.

Was easy to see what was in stock and good delivery once order placed.

Got jigsaws to me quickly and in perfect condition, even in these challenging times

Prompt service, good communication and jacket arrived safely with no unnecessary packaging.

I ordered 2 bottles. They were very well protected - enough to keep them secure, not so much that the packaging looked excessive.
I was kept informed re dispatch and delivery. They arrived well within the original estimated timeframe I was told when I placed the order.
