Top service from Ollie today. Very knowledgeable about all things Padel. Was able to try some rackets out on their practice court. We are lucky in Derby to have such a fantastic rackets shop, with a great selection of rackets and professional and knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic Service from start to finish would highly recommend. Ordered at 2.45 pm racquet turned up at 10.20am the following day perfectly packaged. Thank you

Ordered a dozen padel balls and they were delivered on time 2 days later. No damage to product either.

Got a Babolat Lamborghini racket £60 more than everywhere else so in total £580. Racket came with a dent and scratches. Was told that they dont touch these rackets but I know they have a court where they trial rackets. Then told that they would look to resolve this with Babolat and I should email them with photos of the damage. Email reply says they cant do anything about it. I have had multiple top end rackets from various other companies, no problems whatsoever but this was a shocker especially knowing that this racket is £580. It was hard enough getting a hold of one as they sell out so quick. All I can say is people beware when purchasing and check your item carefully

Bought a pair of trainers but size too small, so had to return and get refund ... the process was fine and refund fairly quickly received, so no fault there ... Im giving them a 2 star mearly for the fact that I had to pay £8 , which was the minimum just to return the item and that was the cheapest tracking option with only £75 cover.
The company should really consider cheaper return options for the consumer like Evri . So I wont be purchasing again through PDH unless its something im sure not too return..

I could not find better prices anywhere else.

Ordered on 9th June at 12:12pm and expected delivery around 11th June.

Unfortunately due to a backlog of orders, it wasn't sent out on the same day.

Marcus from customer services upgraded the postage and I received the items on 12th (one day delay - not a deal breaker).

Top marks for prices and customer services, but negative point is not to promise same day dispatch on the website unless always true

What a company and there staff are brilliant especially Ryan had a lot of back and forth due too my racket being broken and he is so quick and effective to get it sorted for me he’s given me loads of advise and helped me loads so top service I will 100% recommend these guys as they get your problems sorted quickly for you I got a customer for life cheers guys 👍

Today is Thursday 11/6/26. Ordered padel racket and balls on Tuesday morning order number PDH317668, for delivery within two working days so latest Thursday with my Padel game late evening. On my Shopify it states expected delivery today (Thursday), but I called PDH and was informed that it was only shipped today and to expect it in 1-2 working days. If I had known this I would have paid extra for next working day delivery. Really disappointed as there has been no communication on the delay until I called and I've been waiting today for the delivery. Really disappointed that I won't have the equipment for my game tonight!

After some great advice I rang PDH on the best padel racket for me I bought one off them it arrived in good time and was at a very competitive price
Unfortunately there was a fault with the racket, I reported this back to PDH and Sophie in customer services was absolutely fantastic in arranging for a replacement racket to be sent to me direct from the supplier. First class service from Sophie if I could award more than 5 stars and get her a pay rise I would! Let’s hope the new racket lasts longer!

PDH were very helpful and professional in resolving a product issue. No help was available from the manufacturer, and PDH went above and beyond to address the situation.

I had an issue with a Wilson padel racket that I had bought where the wrist strap was faulty after only one use.

After getting in touch with PDH Sports, Sophie was very quick to rectify the situation and sent me a replacement racket free of charge.

Would 100% recommend.

I bought my son a squash bag, but it was much smaller than expected. Unfortunately, the return policy is very poor. First, the company has to review whether they will even allow a return. Then, if approved, you must pay for your own return label and cover the postage yourself.

This kind of policy is exactly why Amazon continues to gain traction. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Ordered mini orange junior balls, the wrong ones were sent. As we needed them urgently I asked if they could send replacement, they wouldn’t until I sent them back by Evri. This meant me taking them to an Evri drop off point! Two weeks later still no replacement, so I emailed to ask where my replacement was and whether they had received the wrong order back as I hadn’t received a confirmation. Then Had an email to say they were stuck in the system and were being sent that day. Customer care and communication was awful, not sure why I should have been made to drive to a drop off products which was their mistake and then not to receive any communication about whether they had received back or not. With this sort of customer care not sure why they are the no.1 supplier!

ordered the padel racquets on sunday approx 2pm, they arrived tuesday morning approx 9:10am. I phoned on the monday to express the need for them before 10am on Tuesday and they duly delivered. Luckily they use DHL and not Hermes or Yodel. I bought two PADELIZED AERO-PRO TEAM Padel Racket with an original RRP of £250 each however they had an 80% discount down to £49.99, however because I bought two I got an additional £5 off. Can't fault the quality of the product and the helpfulness of the staff. Highly recommended and would certainly use again.

I buy my KSwiss defied tennis shoes from PDH. The most recent pair developed a manufacturing fault. PDH handled the situation extremely well, liaising with KSwiss on my behalf. The result was a replacement pair. Their speedy replies to emails and efficiency was excellent. I thoroughly recommend this company.
