After an accident claim at 9:30am,today, it's now 3:30pm and just finished downloading requested documents. On the 'phone for 1hr.3 mins on claim line, AFTER eventually succeeding to find a contact number for my actual insurer, who is either, ONE CALL; ONE PROTECT; ONE INSURANCE or ONE PRODRIVE.
Absolute nightmare. I'll walk into an office next year and use a broker who uses pen and paper.
Call handlers were fine, polite, informative. A few 'holds' as passed to different depts. for checks and to repeat same information. Apologies given for the wait. Then had 8 emails in succession!
Some information can only be inputted or found online and some only by 'phone. BUT never can find a number or correct online address. Not on my printed paperwork. No consistency.
Extremely difficult and frustrating 6 hours.

Great museum. Important collections rarely found elsewhere. Great guided tour as well. Great!

Why is this site not reported to Fraud office?
It is exactly the same as ''For Home Time'' site. Though they do have a 'chat' agent system. May be part of the ruse. AVOID.

Clunky online booking. More expensive than booking with SW trains directly.

Good value, but not a perfect fit, had to 'fettle' a bit to get the switch to work.

Item in stock there and then. Very convenient and prompt. Not like Screwfix, one day order for following day pick up.
