I had to verify my age for an online…
I had to verify my age for an online order but somehow didn't manage to submit it. I went to Toolstation and the lady behind the desk was very helpful and managed to confirm that I was indeed over 18 and placed my order. I couldn't have done it without her.

They did not have in stock polycarbonate studs

Tool station is fine
Tool station is fine, just a shame they use Parcel Force to deliver, because they don’t.
I only ordered a connect for a hose, hardly a large parcel, twice Parcel Force said we were not in and the third time they said I had cancelled the delivery!
The problem is I live up a narrow road and they have to park and walk.
So no connector and won’t order again from Toolstation.

Great customer service.
From ordering to pick up at Bar Hill was so easy. When we got to the Bar Hill branch we were served by Jackie who knows the meaning of customer service. She could not have been more helpful and would give her 5+ stars. Would definitely purchase from Toolstation again.

Poor premium delivery
Products ordered have been great and the Toolstation website was okay to use. My low score is regarding delivery. I paid for the pre 12pm delivery. The goods were delivered to a neighbour at 11:59, then redirected to me so they arrived after 12, but the system recorded the delivery at 11:59. My complaint was met with “well they were in close proximity”. Don’t offer a premium delivery service if you can’t and don’t meet the requirement for it.
