Price agreed then changed.

This is the third time I have used carwow and by far, the worst experience yet.

Agent turned up late, with lack of communication, by aprrox 90 mins.

When they did arrive, they were really pushy to get the price down even further. Good old car buying tactics like oil leaking, which I know it wasn't.

Back and forth constantly with 'buyer' and giving me nothing but stress, which I didn't need.

I will never use carwow and their agents again and I suggest if you read this, stay away.

We’re very sorry to hear this was your worst experience with us, especially after having used Carwow before. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with a late arrival, poor communication and then further pressure to reduce the price after it had already been agreed.

To clarify, Carwow does not send out buying agents to inspect or collect cars directly. We work with a network of independent and franchised dealers who place bids through our platform and then complete the purchase and collection themselves. From what you’ve described, it sounds like you had a poor experience with the buying dealer, and we’re sorry for the stress this caused.

This is not the level of service we want associated with our marketplace, and feedback like yours is important in helping us review the experience our dealer partners provide.

We'll continue to work towards improving our service and the quality of the service provided by the dealers that use our platform.

Poor service, off goods and items often never arrived

I’ve had repeated problems with Milk & More that make it hard to recommend. Deliveries are often unreliable, sometimes items don’t show up at all, and there’s no communication when this happens. I have to complain, how does that work?! On top of that, when goods do arrive, the quality can be hit or miss, with fresh produce not always living up to expectations e.g off milk.

Overall experience was very poor

Overall experience was very poor. Various promises, once car sold, to attend my home to check the car over.

Had to do so much chasing, even when they did finally arrive, where i was promised 2-4pm, they arrived at 7.30pm.

Finally a price was agreed, and stated money would be in my bank at 10am, how wrong was i?! finally approx 4pm, the money landed. Personally will never deal with them again, which is a shame.

I've never had such a bad experience…

I've never had such a bad experience from carwow, what a complete mess and still not sorted.

Asked for many many pictures, which I sent, then asked for an image re mileage, which I sent, then asked again! Finally car sold but had zero contact from carwow, basically saying is yuur car collected/sorted. Had no contact from third party, who should've contacted me by Thursday last week. Why is it up to me to do the chasing?

Going around in circles and they say it's ment to be a smooth process.... I think not.

Order has only been partly fulfilled. first came within approx 2 weeks, other part was nowhere to be seen.

Emailed customer service, and finally got a reply saying this order is no longer in stock, it was when ordered, and have to give a refund.

Amazing.

If you want your items in a hurry, stay away.

Update 27th December: Opened a PayPal case, mrgugu replied asking me to close it and wait... If I'd done that, then I'd never be able to reopen it. They've closed it, will never shop here again and I'd suggest you don't either.


If you want your items in a hurry, don't bother.

Expect some wait but them a further email of extending the lead time by around 2 weeks, but no promise it'll be within that timeframe.

An utter shambles

Fridays aka TGI Fridays since out last visit, has really gone downhill.

Arrived at desk, staff seemed like they weren't bothered, finally got to our seats.

After looking at the menus, we had to ask what offers were on IE kids eat free but they didn't want us knowing that. Ordered drinks and 25 mins later they still hadn't arrived. We had to ask again and a staff member said they send someone now, didn't arrive.

After nearly an hour being seated, again nothing so we decided to leave, front desk weren't bothered and there was no answer to why they didn't serve us and another family were also complaining.

Went to a competitor down the road.

Honestly if want to get decent food with a good level of service, go elsewhere.
