Although Lia was helpful today, my overall experience has been disappointing due to non delivery of items and Castore replying that it could take 3-5 days to get an outcome to my delivery query. I ended up cancelling my order.
I was excited to order clothing, liked the selection available. However even when the shopping bag told me I had qualifed for free shipping I was still being charged on check-out. I contacted customer service through the chat. Karo looked into it for me and said this was an error as the free shipping was not being applied to international orders and they put a ticket in to have this fixed but don't know how long it will take. They did apologize several times for the length of time it took to get an anser for me. I have been asked to be notified when it is fixed so we will see if that happens.
This company produces excellent clothing and sportswear. I have bought a few items recently and the quality is top class.

The customer service I experienced from Lia after receiving a faulty good was superb. Sympathetic and professional. The email I sent was replied to within hours - not 3-5 working days like some companies - the purchase was replaced without quibble immediately. Customer service that is very rare these days
