Wrong address

I got the confirmation of delivery to the wrong address. I have contacted the customer support and they never got back to me. It turned out the parcel was delivered correctly since the concierge at the wrong address did not accept the parcel. Fortunately there was a concierge in both buildings, but that's not always the case.

I want to get a refund

I want to get a refund, but the process seems way too complicated.
I received some sandals I bought from a shoe brand called Oomi, but from a consumer’s perspective, I don’t know and I don’t care whether you’re the shipping company or the payment processor. I received the item on the 7th of July and immediately wanted to request a refund due to the wrong size, but even after leaving a message here and there, I haven’t received a response. Very unsatisfying with the purchase.

The time we were given was between…

The time we were given was between 10.25am and 2.25pm. We went out at 6pm and still not arrived but parcel was in the porch when we got home at 11pm so although it was late it arrived on the same day. Very good thank you
