AVOID! They recommend couriers that steal your packages.
I used Parcel Monkey to book a delivery, and their platform suggested UPS as a reliable and cheaper option. Big mistake. UPS literally stole my package. When you use a third-party booking site like Parcel Monkey, you expect them to partner with and promote trustworthy couriers, but that is clearly not the case here. They took my money, handed my parcel off to a company that stole it, and left me completely out of pocket. Save yourself the stress and do not use this service.
For customs, you have to mention what is in the box accurately. UPS employees can read this contents list, and if they like it, they just steal the box, and you get peanuts as compensation. It's a scam.

used them twice- lost £430 quid
I have used them twice. First time they lost a parcel worth £130 quid and offered a measly £11 refund.
Second time I paid for insurance of an item worth £300, it was returned damaged and they are not responding to my claim.
They have also ignored a subject access request.
They are operation in breach of their legislative contract as I've mentioned in email to them
Don't use. They are technically acting in line with that of a scam operation.

PARCEL MONKEY IS MAKING A MONKEY BUSINESS OF POSTING PARCELS
I used this platform to post a parcel to Germany using a drop off point where I live on 7th July, 2026. I received a message from the receiver to say that the parcel is being held up by UPS because the items in the parcel were not printed correctly and fully on the label! Germany is very particular and everything has to be recorded correctly. I contacted Parcel Monkey on 9th July,2026 hoping they would resove this issue immediately and professionally.But so far, this issue of incorrect,incomplete labelling on my parcel has now become MY ISSUE. They have been of NO HELP AT ALL! This has created a lot of anxiety for the receiver. I am told by Parcel Monkey I have until 21st July to resolve this or the parcel can be destroyed or returned! Do I get my MONEY back? What to do! What a shame, Parcel Monkey! I won't be recommending you to anyone!

Shocking bad service
Shocking bad service! Stay away unless you want to waste time and money and be get horrible service. scheduled a parcel collection, paid, waited home all day and the courier did not show up. Parcel monkey conveniently made it impossible to even inquire until 6PM after which they were shut for the day. Got in touch the next day and no meaningful apology, urgency, discount, nothing! So I asked for a refund and went directly to one of the main couriers. They were cheaper and efficient. Then Parcel monkey informs me that my package had been collected. Which was absolutely false. Again, no one to speak to, no help, just a AI assistant. Finally I complained to Paypal and they refunded me. How can such a useless company still be in business??

Some miscommunication but still good
My parcel was delayed by Evri (which I chose) and it was a bit difficult to contact: it wasn't clear if I should contact Parcel Monkey, Evri, or DHL. However, it was sorted eventually with Evri and my parcel was moving again, arriving in-time at last.
Platform was good for comparing prices and it was cheaper.

Update ===========so after 5 days of “looking into “ the problem of a non delivered returned package, they have:
• not given any reason why my package was returned to point of origin
• not offered to redeliver either to an alternate address or destination address
• offered a paltry refund
• in essence, wiped their hands of the problem
FUBAR does not do justice to the debacle. It is clear now why they are called Parcel Monkeys
