It’s difficult for me to put them on…

It’s difficult for me to put them on myself and I need assistance doing so. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to feel something all the way up my leg to the knee but they do feel good when they’re on. I’m hoping they will help with my RLS and neuropathy pain in my feet. I’ve only used them two or three times so far.

I felt immediate relief after one…treatment

I felt immediate relief after one treatment. Middle three toes on each foot are usually cramped. This cramping went away. So hopefully with nightly treatments I should be able to clear up that problem. I can feel the electrical impulses loosening up my tight feet overall. Very satisfied

Sharp Practice?

A parcel arrived on Saturday containing 4 Heating Foot Massagers. We ordered these on 29th June and authorised a payment of £27.99 for a pack of 4. There was no paperwork with the parcel and the courier had driven off without getting a signature. I have been in touch with their customer service and they can’t find us on the system, which is strange given they have taken TWO unauthorised payments totalling £112.88. I have asked for the items to be collected and asked for a full refund. Still waiting to hear from them.

Emsense- a joke! Please do not order from this company

Please do not order from this company. They are a joke. They duplicated an order and it’s taking months to get my credit despite following all the directions. The emails I have back and forth make no sense. Warning- Don’t buy!

I recently posted a negative review…

I recently posted a negative review about this company, I wasn't happy with the service and requested details to return my item on the 18 June, they said they were having ' Technical difficulties ' I heard nothing until I posted the review and straight away got a reply. I'm happy to say a full refund has gone into my bank account today.

I would give a 0 star if I could

I would give a 0 if I could, I wasnt too happy with the product and I returned according to their return policy. The package was delivered back to the return address provided by the company, received and signed for on June 22, but I still didn't get a refund.
I provided the FEDEX tracking number, the shipment details, and the proof of delivery with the name of the person who signed up for the delivery.
It is imposible to get in contact with a human, I keep receiving emails from their bots saying that the package doesn't show as being returned.
The most horrible experience that I have ever had in my life. Be aware and pray that you like the product and want to keep it.
