I have less yellow nails after a month but I'm using it for fungus and I expected a faster improvement. The publicity images show much worse status then mine and within 3 weeks almost healed well that... See more

I was on Facebook late one night and saw this toenail fungus product by Oriville. It looked reasonable so I started to order an applicator pen. It was going to cost around $13. As soon as I clicked to apply my paypal payment. The website went into what I am going to call "Evil" mode. I would ask me "don't you want to save money and buy 2 and get one free?" And then another offer and so on and on for screen after screen. No cart or checkout screen was ever offered. No off-ramp, just screen after screen. This evil website manipulation went on for 30 minutes. Finally I just pressed order or some thing and it confirmed that I ordered 3 pens. I only wanted one to try it. I had to look at my paypal to find I was billed $45. I immediately sent emails to them to cancel to no avail. They continue to say no refund. I am currently in a fight with them on paypal. This was super disappointingly bad experience.
Speedy delivery delivery well pa Kate’s. Easy to apply. No mess. Absorbs into the nail very quickly.
This company automatically enrolls you in a subscription scheme. After taxes it comes to $64.?¢. They send you 6 pens every time. If it is such a great product why would you need to keep getting more. It's supposed to cure nail fungus, ha ha. I paid through PayPal and the payment goes through and you can't stop it through them. Don't get suckered in like I did, I have enough pens to last the rest of my life. I guess I can bequeath them to my grandchildren...
Great to deal with and seem to care about the customer.
Awful, when you make an order the website looks like the order hasn’t been accepted so when you click on it it makes an order for another shipment for much higher amount. Then to return it, you have to pay recorded delivery, to request the return of the order they they then try and offer you 15% off then 30%, so unprofessional, buy somewhere else
Purchased items for toe nails & when they arrived I decided they weren't required. Sent back, tracked & received by the company. Now having problems getting the refund. Customer communications is all via messaging service. Not sure if it a chat bot. DO NOT buy from them
I am a little sceptical, but if it works, I’ll buy more the next time and recommend the product to others.
I don’t know yet whether the fungal pen even works but have fallen out with this company because of their sales and order processes. I originally paid with Applepay and subsequently only looked at other offers only to find they had taken another order. ‘The order had already shipped’ they claimed when contacted immediately. Don’t trust this company as I see others have suffered the same scam. You’ve been warned.
I will be taking this to Trading Standards
In their advertisement, Orivelle cite scientific studies, without giving any reference so that they can be checked out. This raises my suspicions that the company is untrustworthy. The reason I am writing this review is to complain about their advertising, rather than their product. for days now I have been pestered by a disgusting, and clearly fake, moving image of green stuff oozing out of toenails on my news feed. I have decided that any company disgusting enough to behave like this at least deserves to be called out on it, because there seems to be very little other way to stop it.
Easy website to navigate, good information on product, and great customer service after the sale!
I have only just bought the pens but initial experience with the site was very bad. I ended up paying for stuff I didn't order or want. I was offered a refund which never materialised. Be very careful if you order
Product checked all the right boxes. It addressed my situation. I hope my product arrives quickly.

The default settings when ordering meant inadvertently I paid for 7 pens when I only wanted 1, because of their ‘special offers’ !! Their checkout system is unethical and deceptive as you don’t get a chance to check what you have ordered. I contacted them within seconds when I noticed I had been charged for 7 pens as the ‘special offer’ that I didn’t want and they said they’d look into it, but then told me it had already been dispatched! The returns policy is a right debacle as well and I returned items and still waiting to receive a refund of the goods that I never wanted in the first place. Postage cost be €16 as they said it had to be traceable for them, but still I have no return and see it can take 14 to 30 days to arrive and 7 more days to process. BE CAREFUL when ordering as the default settings will mean you may order things you don’t want, and then they will try and convince you to keep them by giving you more discounts or making the returns policy so cumbersome that you just keep them. The product itself is goodish as it sort of improves how your nails look, but their selling practices are unethical so I will not buy again

So far good customer service, however I need to experience the product to give a confirmed opinion

This offer came out of nowhere. I’m hoping it is a sign it will work for me. I have tried many things—even going to foot doc and nothing helped. I have high hopes. Donna Campbell
