I became interested in buying Fizzclean when I saw it advertised as the answer to blocked toilets etc. . I am a trusting soul, so I ordered a trial pack. However, I was unable to verify the checkout page before I was timed-out. I went back onto the website and clicked on my basket to see whether I had actually ordered anything. It seemed I had not, so i ordered it again. On reaching the payment screen however, I saw that the product had indeed been double ordered and that other products had been added. It was considerably more costly than I had expected. I immediately emailed the company and asked them to cancel the 2nd order. Instantly I received a reply stating that I was too late to cancel as the product was already packed and shipped! I was assured that they had noted my cancellation and if I was not satisfied i could return the product within 30 days for a full refund on the unwanted order. The second order arrived a few days ago and I emailed the company saying I was returning it as advised and would like a return address or label for the package. It has now been sitting and waiting for a week as, despite three requests, they have still not sent me a return label or any address to return it to, nor have they responded to any of the requests. I have not tried out the product yet because I am so annoyed that I cannot get any response from the company.

Order was never delivered and I was unable to get a reply let alone a refund. Unsure if this is real or just a scam. ⁹

This site is a total scam. They will not refund my money The product was returned and only one small pack was received. They refuse to return my money . What options are open to me. They firstly offered me a small refund then a bit more still not enough so it was agreed I return the product which I did

I thought I was scam savvy but I saw the FizzClean YouTube ad at a low moment when I had a blocked sink and a plumber hadn't fixed it, so I spent £47 inc P&P on this totally useless product. It barely fizzed when tested in the toilet and it didn't clean. I felt an idiot for buying 'snake oil' and have resolved never to buy from an ad on YouTube ever again. RUBBISH and humiliating to have been fooled with this crap.

Well.i wish I had of seen all these bad reviews abt fizzclean before I wasted my $100 on it..like everyone else it did not foam nor did it make any difference to toilet bowl..wat a waste of money and a load of scrap.. do not recommend this product at all..talk about false advertising..wat a scam..scam..

Does not work. Very expensive, took ages to arrive. Promises to foam up and clean all scale. Did not foam and made absolutely zero difference .
A card came inside tha package but gives a phone number to ring to complain and not a website. Not worth risking an expensive call when I suspect I have been ripped off.

utterly useless... did absolutely nothing... complete waste of time and money... I sent pics of how it did nothing... and when I asked for a refund they refused... avoid avoid avoid... scam

I ordered the product. took forever to come in and when i received it i opened one of the packages and tried it out. It did nothing, the purple powder just fell to the bottom of the commode and that was it. Tried the second package and it did the same thing. On top of the product not working you don't get a money back guarentee. If the package is open no refund. How are you suppose to know if it works without opening the package. They did offer a 25% refund. If you don't open the package and want a refund you have to pay to have it shipped back. This is the biggest scam i have ever encountered.

Beware of Fizz Clean company and Comerce Core they tried to sam me out of £87.72 for 5 packs of fizzclean this can be bought on ebay for £3.64 including postage.,I never ordered the items somehow the whole thig was a scam that I am now investigating These firms are based i Lithuania.J.Box

I was sent and charged more than I had ordered, but the service team was very friendly and helped me get back my money. I‘m very satisfied, thank you.

This Fizzclean is a scam. Do not buy it. I Ordered 2 for what I thought was a special offer only to be charged $25 for each packet and after payment had gone through paypal, I saw it was in US Dollars and with postage cost me almost a $100. A ridiculous amount for toilet cleaner that DOES NOT WORK. I wanted to cancel order and was told it had already left business (which was a lie) because I received an email 2 days later saying it had just been despatched. The whole thing is a con and I will be telling everyone I know not to order.

Do not buy from this company. Their web site will almost certainly send you more than you intended to buy.

I was having big problems initially bying FizzClean because my browser was was not behaving. So, after many emails I managed to find Opera which works. So now I am very happy.

The support team was very kind helpful with our problem. They replied immediately.

Easy to order and get to checkout.

Representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. provided excellent customer service. Explained refund process.

Unfortunately, the toilet cleaning powder does not clean as it was promised. No foam comes up and there is no improvement of the toilet after the use.
