I've had a contract with Regus since…

I've had a contract with Regus since 2013, and for me and my company it has always been the best option. Regus has everything we need. A suitable workspace and facilities for meeting with my clients, including meeting rooms. We love it!! The team is always attentive and friendly. I use their facilities worldwide.

Excellent Workspace Solution

I've been using Regus for my business needs and have had a great experience overall. The locations are conveniently situated in prime business districts, making it easy to meet clients and access transportation.
The office spaces are clean, well-maintained, and professionally furnished, giving a great impression to visitors.

STAY AWAY from this shark company and DO NOT fall for their discounts

They do not have any contacts on their page, reaching a person to resolve an issue is almost impossible. They charge one month in advance and require a 2 month notice to termination or else it will auto renew. Upon termination of lease, they will charge you another $750+ amount to "restore" the space. (posted in fine print somewhere in the contract which you will probably never see) I highly doubt it since there is nothing to restore. If you dont pay that amount, they will take it off of the retainer.

This is terrible company to lease a space from and I dont think I will ever want to lease from these guys again.

Our invoices are made up of two different types of charges:
Recurring charges like your monthly office fee, parking, signage… These are billed in advance.
One-time charges like meeting rooms, photocopies, admin support… These are billed in arrears.
All your invoices are available in your online account (myregus.com > section under My Account > Billing and payments) and payable upon receipt but no later than the 15th day of each month.
We take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront. Prior to any renewal, our customers receive a courtesy reminder email. This email includes detailed information on prices, terms and the option of ending the agreement if you no longer require our services which you can provide at any time once your agreement is signed, providing you with ample opportunity.
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement. On behalf of your Community team, I’d like to extend a full apology if this wasn’t explained to you.

Once you signup they don't let you…

Once you signup they don't let you cancel it and if you cancel the subscription they send you future invoices and then threaten you to pay them by saying they will go to court etc. Completely a bull-shit company. And on one explains why the hell they are charging you.

A fixed-term agreement will end on the end date stated on it and has the flexibility to be transferred elsewhere in our network.

Everyone I interacted with was professional, welcoming, and genuinely engaged in ensuring my specific needs were addressed. Their responsiveness and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I would especially like to recognize Maya Jones for her outstanding support during my on-boarding.
