Your regus app

Your regus app, i,e, door key apps, etc is always broken.
Your system ID management is bad and cause mistakes.
You only accept credit cards for payment. THis is highly inconvenient to the business purpose.

-Toilet number is so small, and half is always broken and closed.
-elevators are always out of work. Not barrier free.

Elevator broken periodically.
AC does not get below 74 degrees. Difficult to work in warm offices!

Intimidating calls

I received 10 calls in 1.5 days. I kept blocking the number, they would just call from another number. This started on Sunday. It’s horrible, intimidating and I have told them to stop and they won’t

I had an excellent experience with Regus. The office environment is clean, professional, and well-maintained, making it an ideal place for meetings and business operations. The staff are courteous, responsive, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The booking process is simple, the facilities are reliable, and the overall experience has been smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend Regus to professionals, startups, and businesses looking for flexible office solutions.
Only have one concern, thai is the complementary 2 hours per day small meeting rooms booking is not happening.

Client Focused

There is someone you can discuss your concerns with. There is a positive responsive attitude. Regus is customer focused and it creates customer satisfaction. The building is quiet and the staff courteous, friendly and helpful.

Better than I thought it would be

I joined Regus pride park co-working space recently and i've been amazed it how much more than a simple desk it is. Gary and Claire are always on hand to help with any room booking enquires, extra requests or support required. They are always happy to help and go the extra mile.

Personalized service according to my needs

The co working space has all the amenities that I need, staff is friendly and helpful and service can be personalized. Also I can use the space at any time as well.

Regus has one of the worst billing…

Regus has one of the worst billing systems I've ever encountered. Their invoices are incredibly confusing and unnecessarily complicated, making it very difficult to understand what you're being charged for.

On top of that, they require substantial upfront payments, often charging two months in advance plus a retainer. As a new tenant, it can feel like you're paying three or even four months upfront from the very beginning.

The pricing is also significantly higher than average—roughly 50% more than comparable office space providers.

While the property managers are generally professional and friendly at most locations, I would personally avoid the Arden location in Sacramento, CA.

Overall, my biggest concerns are the confusing billing practices and high costs.

The representatives in NJ

The representatives in NJ, particularly, Red Bank, Neptune, Freehold and Bayville are all great. They take care of our clients and are always there for us when we need them. Regus is flexible and convenient. I highly recommend this company!
