Although the building is very nice and have some great companies renting space foet dunlop uses a parking managment compant called excell who are a criminal gang that uses harrasment to extort stupid fines from unsuspecting users of fort dunlop .please be aware when visiting fort dunlop that they run the risk of ccjs and court action if you do not register your vehicle .
They are scammy, avoid!!!
You are locked into a year long contract which get renewed automatically without a chance to leave unless you cancel within a very small window of day, three months (!!) ahead of the end of year. Meaning you have to pay thousands even if you dont use the office.
This company sold us on virtual mail. I had credit cards mailed to me there. One was received on 5/23 and was sent to me on 7/7. Also, they charged $80 as we agreed for 2 months then jacked the price to $117. No added value. Finally, since the replacement cards were held by them the payment stopped and 20 days later I was approached by a fake in house debt collector americasdebtcollection from their corporate address, violating the law. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Just don't. Not worth it. They pressured me into giving my credit card info when I started. I did (like a fool). Then they charged me a deposit telling me I'd get it back when I left (somewhere betweenn $500 and $1000...can't remember). I knew I wouldn't and I didn't. The month after I left, they also charged me a bunch for coffee or something ($75). I was gone at that point. And even when I was there, I had made a point of opting out of the monthly coffee payment. So were they charging me for coffee the whole time? Probably. They are sketch. If you just want a place to work without having to pay attention to the place you're working in...this is not that place. They will take advantage of you not paying attention.

SCAM !!
I explained from the very beginning that I only needed a private office for a few days in July. Instead of offering me a solution that actually matched my needs, I was sold the "Membership – Office 5 Days" plan, presented as a "Month-to-Month" membership.
What was never explained to me was that by signing up on July 2, I would automatically be required to pay for the month of August because of a notice period clause. Had this essential information been clearly disclosed, I would never have agreed to this membership.
When I asked for a solution, there was no willingness to reconsider the situation or even acknowledge the misunderstanding. The only response I received was: "You signed the contract." It didn't matter what had been explained to me before signing or whether the membership that was sold actually matched the needs I had clearly expressed.
I am left with the impression that the priority is to get customers to sign contracts rather than to recommend products that genuinely fit their needs. Once the contract is signed, any meaningful discussion seems to end.
My advice to future customers: do not rely solely on the explanations given by the staff. Read every line of the contract and every term hidden behind hyperlinks before signing. A membership advertised as "Month-to-Month" may end up costing you much more than you expected.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
The office location is great, plenty of free parking for clients and a professional front office to meet them in. Staff is personable and professional and always goes out of their way to ensure tenants and guests are accommodated. Extremely easy to get set up with an office, and the prices are exceptional for what is included.
I honestly can’t recommend Regus Maadi Club enough. The facilities are excellent, the internet and infrastructure are always reliable, and the workspace is comfortable and professional.
What really makes this place special, though, is the people. The sales, account management, and operations teams are simply amazing, always welcoming, responsive, and genuinely happy to help. They make you feel valued, and that level of service is hard to find.
A huge thank you to the entire team for making every day at Regus such a great experience. If you’re looking for a workspace in Cairo, this is the place to be.
I ended my agreement at a Regus centre in Manila (Net Lima Global City) on 31 May 2026. The office passed inspection and my final invoice was paid in full. All that remained was the return of my retainer.
The online refund form cannot accept Japanese bank account numbers. Its validation requires the first of seven digits to indicate the account type - a convention that does not exist in Japan, where all seven digits are the account number itself. Every attempt returns an "Invalid format" error. I have screenshots of this.
What followed was two and a half months of this:
- I was directed back to the same broken online form at least five or six times, by different representatives, each apparently unaware of the previous correspondence.
- A manual refund form was eventually provided. I completed and submitted it on 30 May. Receipt was acknowledged.
- On 8 June I was told in writing that the refund had been "successfully processed and is scheduled for payment with a value date of 2 July 2026."
- I was then told the funds would arrive by 10 July.
- Both dates passed. No funds arrived.
- No one has ever been able to confirm the single most basic fact: whether the remittance was actually executed at all. The local centre confirmed in writing that it cannot verify this, as it is handled by a finance team that customers cannot contact. The helpdesk ticket was closed, so emails to it bounce back as undelivered.
- I escalated in writing to IWG head office twice. Neither escalation received a personal reply. The matter was simply pushed back to the same helpdesk.
- Today, 16 July, I received yet another message saying my query has been "further escalated" and checks are "still" being carried out. This is the same reply I have now had repeatedly, from a sixth different representative.
I have also been sent a charge for PHP 0.07 on a closed account, which I assume is a system artefact, but which nobody has withdrawn.
I have been patient and polite throughout. I am posting publicly because private channels have produced nothing in two and a half months, and because I have found many other reviews here describing the identical pattern: a refund confirmed but not paid, no reachable finance function, and endless "still processing" replies. If this is systemic, other customers should know before they sign.
I am happy to provide my account number and the payment voucher reference to Regus privately, and I have kept the full correspondence and screenshots. All I have ever asked for is one factual answer: was the money actually sent, and if so, on what date and with what transfer reference?
I appreciate the great space to work and the help Olesya and Michael provide to make my job easier

Terrible Customer Service and Cancellation Process
My experience with Regus has been extremely frustrating. I provided written notice approximately 120 days in advance that I wanted to cancel, but Regus refused to accept it because I had not completed their specific cancellation form.
This is an unnecessarily difficult and customer-unfriendly process. Their customer service was unhelpful, and I never felt that my concerns were taken seriously.
Access was also extremely limited: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no lunch-hour, evening, or weekend access. That provides very little flexibility for a business owner.
There are much better office-space options available in Tampa. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Regus. Read every cancellation and access provision carefully before signing.

I requested a quote to open an office in Buenos Aires. I faced a long bureaucracy, two phone calls, over two weeks of waiting, and no reply from the sales team. It's very disturbing the lack of interest to just receive some information.
The process and the information are not clear. Everything has to go through a phone call, and we have to wait two or more days to get it.

Terrific environment, clean, comfortable pleasant work spaces/offices. The staff is helpful, and professional, and friendly. An excellent, flexible and affordable small business option in the best building in New City, New York.

Great customer service. We have a virtual office and whenever I have called to inquire about our mail, Regus has been so helpful.

Your regus app, i,e, door key apps, etc is always broken.
Your system ID management is bad and cause mistakes.
You only accept credit cards for payment. THis is highly inconvenient to the business purpose.
Den Haag, Beatrixquwatier, the bridge
-Toilet number is so small, and half is always broken and closed.
-elevators are always out of work. Not barrier free.
