To be honest I ordered up my first…

To be honest I ordered up my first batch of syrup pods & bottle back on 27th June it arrived within 3 day's of placing my order. I can't say anything good about my next purchase as only ordered the rest of the syrup pods on the next day to previous order. But it's now been 14 day's & nothing has arrived, they didn't mind taking my money for goods but can't deliver on time. Not even trying to offer me or even send something as an apology in having to wait this ridiculous amount of time. They need to do far better than this as I was going to get the hydration kit. But not when all my goods haven't arrived YET if they do turn up

I mean it’s fancy packaging and oddity…

I mean it’s fancy packaging and oddity of flavours make it appealing but when you look at the prices of their boxes and tubs they are very very expensive for what they are yes they are ok but there is much better more affordable ways to get the nutrients without the sugar, whilst they are expensive they are once in a lifetime try and won’t be a regular purchase

Weak and tasteless

I'm no stranger to powdered energy drinks so when I saw Holy pop up on facebook I decided to order a starter set to see how it compared to others. After making it according to instructions I was incredibly disappointed, it was incredibly weak and tasted almost of nothing. I therefore decided to return it and have been told it will take them 2 weeks to check the parcel and issue a refund! They must be getting a lot of returns for it to take so long. Avoid!

Great nootropics from Holy Energy other than Raspberry Raptor which is more of a decaff version if my samples are anything to go by

OK so I have reevaluated my review after trying different flavours of the Holy energy range and I have decided there was something wrong with the 2 Raspberry Raptor packs as they had absolutely no effect at all but the other flavours had fantastic nootropic effects with focus and energy. It is like the Raspberry Raptor was a decaff version with no nootropics. Very strange. But the other flavours all did what they said they would do. I am absolutely buying some tubs. This has nothing to do with my tastes of the product flavours but the effects

Ordered the sample pack with the thermo…

Ordered the sample pack with the thermo shaker, well packaged.
So far i have tried
two of the energy drinks
Two hydration
One milk shake
I was unsure at first before i tried this was due to the youtube reviews i had seen.
I truly believe that if the youtube reviewers had mixed the drinks properly they would be as happy with the outcome as i have been.
I was also happy with the amount of time it took to process my order

I purchased a syrup bottle

I purchased a syrup bottle. It leaks (water and syrup). After takimg the bottle apart to wash it the spring came loose and went down the drain. Now i have thrown 8 bottles of syrup that are useless, and i cannot say i recommend this bottle at all.

Slow delivery

Good product but service poor and delivery is very slow especially for the price!
Ordered on Monday and still being “packed” on Thursday
End up getting a generic response with no apology or explanation but just a link showing you to the tracking info(I already know it’s not been sent) I’m trying to find out why it takes so long
Iv spent a lot with them but think this will be the last

UPDATE since HOLY decided to reply and not tell the truth, they did not let me know of any issues, I had to chase it up, I only got an update after I left this review
Definitely not a good look for them

Great product and flavour.

Had my delivery today tried a couple of different 1s already someone wrote a review saying lack of flavour looks like they added too much water as flavours are amazing so far.

Do not buy its rubbish

Do not buy do not spend any money on this products.

I bought holy thinking it’s good and nice like I seen on reviews it’s rubbish almost no flavour my bootle always getting black stuff on the bottle even after been washed. Contact holy told me to buy denture tablet to clean my bottle this rubbish!

I love their reply I reached out customer service and they didn’t help me!! They told me to go and buy denture tablets!!!!!

Good product, but ignorant facebook moderators

I started using holy products the start of April, then joined their Facebook group ( holy squad uk )
From the start I could tell that the moderators had issues with me.
They pointed out issues with my posts, that weren't issues, then made a big deal about a question i posted on a picture ( in the squad group ) and both abbie and hannah ( power hungry spoilt kids moderators jumped on the comments, like two keyboard warriors accusing me of doing something I didnt do.

Then without warning or reasoning, both me and one of my friends in the group were kicked from the holy squad uk facebook group, by the power hungry mods abbie and hannah, its been over 2 weeks and both me and my friend are still waiting for answers, it seems like the spoilt kids that they have as facebook moderators dont like being wrong 😂 both of us haven't tried to contact holy and the moderators involved with no response, we've tried commenting on the main holy page, messaging the facebook page, emailing the main holy email, and curtis who is also a moderator on the page, and as I said before, its been over two weeks and neither of us have had any response, it seems the spoilt kids ( abbie,hannah and curtis ) who dont like accountability, or being told no, are also ignorant.
Its a shame as most of the products are good/nice. Until me and my friend get an apology, and re added to the holy squad uk group I will be telling everyone I know to avoid holy.

They're like the government, not interested in peoples issues or concerns, they just want the money, such a shame on the brand!

Great product however me and my friend… and six weeks on nothing has been done by holy

Great product however me and my friend was kicked out of the holy squad uk on Facebook for no reason. I managed to screen shot the moderators having rules for some but not their mates. I didnt break rules or lie or abuse them like they've lied I did. Ive contacted ALL of Curtis, Abbie and Hannah and been ignored by all of them. Then they posted things about me and my friend that were lies twice in the holy squad uk. Saying ive threatened and abused them I just would like some answers and proof would be nice, because its not in my nature to do anything like they said. Its affecting my health my sleep and its such a shame because I spent thousands on their products. Its just proof they all HOLY want is my money they dont care about me as a customer its such a shame 😭 NOTHINGS BEEN DONE ABOUT THE MODERATORS BOOTING A POLITE KIND MEMBER.... ITS BEEN SIX WEEKS SINCE ME AND MY FRIEND WAS BLOCKED FROM THE SQUAD. I HAVE PROOF AND SCREEN SHOTS OF THEIR WRONGDOINGS I HAVE EVIDENCE I DID NOTHING WRONG. AND HOLY AS A COMPANY HAVE FAILED ME AFTER I SPENT THOUSANDS ON THEIR PRODUCTS... A PRODUCT I BELIEVED IN. UTTERLY HEART BROKEN BY WHAT IVE BEEN PUT THROUGH

Holy resolved problem with fantastic after sales service.

I ordered some peach sachets and some watermelon sachets after trying some from a friend. He gave me a drink from a tub that he had and it tasted fantastic. However, when I got my sachets today, when I opened one of each flavour, the contents were solid and not powdery as I thought they would be, after seeing the contents of the powder that my friend gave me. I put the contents in a shaker, gave it a good shake, but the drink was tasteless, with the contents still in a solid state and would not dilute. I am very disappointed with the sachets, but understand this may be old stock and may have got damp at some point which has caused powder to solidify. Even so, this is not a cheap product and the sachets I got were not at all fit for purpose. As I said, very disappointed. Tried looking for customer service contact as all the other disgruntled customers seem to be getting g told by Holy to contact customer services. I won't be buying any more of their products unless this issue and the waste of my money is resolved.

UPDATE

Just been contacted by HOLY who have told me they will replace my ordered ASAP and couldn't apologise enough. Great customer service.

After sales service is second to none. Thank you.

Fantastic Delivery times and ok product…

Fantastic Delivery times and ok product for the most part, I certainly take in alot more water now than I did however, the constant emails are getting a bit tedious and it's a shame that you can't try some of the flavours before you buy as you cant make up a trial box and the trial boxes on offer have the same few flavours . I brought a tub for the first time on my last order (Second) and while all was ok I'm not sure the value is quite there and as good as it is made out to be, by the time you take into account that sometimes a drink can taste completely different from one sachet to the next, water and ice, a shaker, the confusing as hell website and my going hourly rate for reading and deleting spam emails it's probably cheaper to just buy a bottled drink from a supermarket.
Don't get me wrong, they are mostly nice but I'm not spending £13+ to try a flavour and to find I don't like it because you can't get a sample of that particular one.
Won't be a constant purchase for me...probably won't buy at all when the colder weather hits....just too much money to outlay in one hit.
Try it, you might like it but, beware, some flavours are stupidly strong...looking at you (most of the) milkshakes and some are weak (depending on sachet).

As someone with a chronic illness

As someone with a chronic illness, energy drinks don’t actually give me an energy boost, but I keep ordering Holy Energy entirely because it’s so nice. It is by far the nicest tasting drink mix I’ve had. The flavours are so refreshing. Highly recommend for the ice tea alone! My go to is the lime mint and matcha.

Great idea and great product but the…

Great idea and great product but the price doesn’t justify itself for me unfortunately, had 3 orders with holy and have just ordered my first 2 tubs which arrive with a lid missing and no serving spoon. If you want to try holy I would advise waiting for promos and get the serving sachets the tubs are extortionate and to not include a serving spoon is disheartning.
