Slow delivery

Good product but service poor and delivery is very slow especially for the price!
Ordered on Monday and still being “packed” on Thursday
End up getting a generic response with no apology or explanation but just a link showing you to the tracking info(I already know it’s not been sent) I’m trying to find out why it takes so long
Iv spent a lot with them but think this will be the last

UPDATE since HOLY decided to reply and not tell the truth, they did not let me know of any issues, I had to chase it up, I only got an update after I left this review
Definitely not a good look for them

terrible company AVOID!!!

terrible company, charge an arm and leg for extra insurance cover, then when item is delivered damaged they take ages to raise a claim then finally stop responding
I raised a claim on the 28th of MAY and still no response
unable to contact anyone they don't have a phone number or live chat, avoid at all costs

avoid at all costs

spent over £200 with ninja, turns out they use yodel as a courier and we all know what happens then 10 days later and still nothing,

no apology nothing, passed to the warehouse team which takes another 5 days (twice i had to contact them for this to happen

countless hours spent waiting for yodel to turn up

when are companies going to learn

NEVER buy from ninja

terrible service stick with other well known companys

having used another main rival for over 100 parcels without one single unresolved problem i thought id try this company (due to charging £2 less) i should have known.
the main problem i paid for next day delivery, but i was informed 7 days after due delivery date the parcel was unable to be delivered due to a problem with the address (no other info) so i dug deeper and learned the courier company couldn't locate the house, even with my limited map reading skills a quick search in google earth found the property and the turn off to get to it (even the customer service adviser on the phone agreed it was strange) anyway she was going to look in and get back to me, 15mins later i received an email for another customer service adviser saying if i wanted my parcel delivered i would have to provide DIRECTIONS to the address, now i had to contact my buyer nearly two weeks after he should have received his item to ask if he could provide directions.
Now all i wanted was a full refund which i feel im entitled to as the parcel was not delivered within the agreed time scales and nor me or the buyer was contacted within an acceptable time to make me aware of any problem
the answer? was a point black NO, in-fact it was a NO were actually doing you a favor by sending the parcel out again, yeah like im going to pay twice for something that is nearly two weeks late.

in short DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, lesson learned cheaper is not always better and couldn't be a truer way to describe this company
