terrible service stick with other well known companys
having used another main rival for over 100 parcels without one single unresolved problem i thought id try this company (due to charging £2 less) i should have known.
the main problem i paid for next day delivery, but i was informed 7 days after due delivery date the parcel was unable to be delivered due to a problem with the address (no other info) so i dug deeper and learned the courier company couldn't locate the house, even with my limited map reading skills a quick search in google earth found the property and the turn off to get to it (even the customer service adviser on the phone agreed it was strange) anyway she was going to look in and get back to me, 15mins later i received an email for another customer service adviser saying if i wanted my parcel delivered i would have to provide DIRECTIONS to the address, now i had to contact my buyer nearly two weeks after he should have received his item to ask if he could provide directions.
Now all i wanted was a full refund which i feel im entitled to as the parcel was not delivered within the agreed time scales and nor me or the buyer was contacted within an acceptable time to make me aware of any problem
the answer? was a point black NO, in-fact it was a NO were actually doing you a favor by sending the parcel out again, yeah like im going to pay twice for something that is nearly two weeks late.
in short DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, lesson learned cheaper is not always better and couldn't be a truer way to describe this company
