I am writing regarding my recent order of the Arencia Vitamin C Booster Shot, which I received today. Unfortunately, after inspecting the product, I strongly believe it is counterfeit.
The packaging, labeling, and product quality do not match the authentic product, and I am very disappointed with this purchase. Selling fake skincare products is unacceptable, especially because it may pose safety risks to customers.
I request a full refund for this order immediately. Please provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may escalate the matter through my payment provider and submit a complaint to consumer protection authorities.

Fake product
The delivery went as promised. Unfortunately, the products received are fake. Anua azelaic acid 10+. After using it for a while I noticed no difference and I started looking on the internet to compare some photos of the product received vs what is advertised on Anua website. The color is different, the pippets are different, the product is something completely different also. I went this morning to Sephora and the original product had nothing to do with what I received. I'm waiting for a response from Fruugo.

I ordered a heating pump for my spa
I ordered a heating pump for my spa.
Turns out it had to come al the way from china. I waited 3 weeks for it to be delivered. I paid €110 euro. And they send me only a cheap fabric with a zipper. That is supposed to cover a pump. I think this cover is worth 0,50 cents.
I’m very annoyed irritated by this scam.
I paid wit credit card. So my money wil come back. But the time i could have spend with my family in the spa doesn’t.

Well packed
It arrived well packed. I thought it was in stock but it came from China I think but still came quite quickly. Not used yet but seems fine.

Sell things that don't work and don't care at all. Updated: After review the case, they returned the money!
I purchased a device which was delivered, but unfortunately it does not work. I contacted the seller to report the issue, and after that I started receiving various explanations. At first they said they would arrange a collection, but later claimed the courier company could not find my address, and the situation has not been resolved.
I then contacted Fruggo directly and sent them a video showing the problem. They replied asking for a video, even though one had already been provided, so I sent it again. Since then, despite several follow-ups on my part, I have not received any further response.
Overall, the situation has been very disappointing and the customer support do nothing.
Updated: After review the case, they returned the money!
