Unable to contact them, went via the bank and they promised to refund me

Never happened

My order didn't show up so I asked for my money back and they changed the arrival date so I couldn't get my refund.

Never received my order ! Spent a lot of money on a camera ! The company never replied to help when I was frantically searching and attempting to find my order!!! I’m furious! Biggest fraud!!!!

Don't bother buying tee shirts from Joop, the designs are just transfers ironed onto the shirt, not screen printed, when you try and complain there is no customer service at all, I wanted a refund for a smiths tee shirt as the transfer was stiff, they never replied.

This is another dreadful site! Dodgy clothing/footwear, top prices for inferior goods and returning anything is a waste of time.

Absolutly do not order from this company. Dont know how they are allowed to operate in the uk. I ordefed a simple golf grip on 18/06/2025
Still no sign. Checked the tracking and it says expected 8th september what a joke.

Support promised to reply within an hour on June 17th regarding a wrong item in the package. It's been weeks, no reply, money not refunded. Order # EVYEWXWY. Terrible service».

Avoid. The people selling on the sites are thief's and joom allows it to happend.
THIS site should be banned.
Every item fake. Poor customer service.

I order some suplements and the delivered date at order time (23.06) was 12.07, but was not delivered and I received another estimated delivery time as being 23.07, after that they said: We will refund your money if the product is not delivered within 85 days after payment.
This is a scam.

I ordered a kitchen timer and was surprised to learn it was in China about a week after I ordered it (if I'd known it was coming from China I wouldn't have ordered it, which was maybe my mistake). Then last week I got a message from Evri, saying they had it, then another one a couple of days ago saying there was a delay sending it out. I have now seen a message from Joom, which went to my spam folder, saying it would arrive on 22nd July, which is at least three weeks since I ordered it. I've now given up and ordered one from Amazon, and expect to receive it tomorrow.

Ordered a set of 6 pairs of Mens 6xL shorts, they were delivered in time frame promised, reasonable quality except they were not 6XL size, more like XL, although clearly maked as 6XL on package but not in product, attempted to contact customer support, no way of doing so from website, looked at returns, no way of instigating a return as website takes you on a infinite loop, returns seem to be at your expense, so hence 1 star only, will never use them again, seems to be a knock off version of temu, who are similar in many respects especially clothing sizes, delivery in UK was by Evri of whom I have no complaints

AFTER ORDERING AND PAYING WITH PAYPAL FOR A TOY STORY WE HAD AN EMAIL. PACKING NOW . I WEEK LATER BEING SHIPPED. TRIED TRACKING ..NO ORDER.
IS THIS COMPANY REAL ?
VERY DIFFICULT TO LOG IN BUT NO ORDER AND NO. PROFILE.
HAVE COMPLAINED TO PAYPAL BUT NO RESPONSE YET.
TEMU WERE MUCH MUCH BETTER

Fast easy to use. Excellent product info access.

Takes ages to wait for the parcel and didn't received it, tracking said it is delivered but I didn't received it, even app is worst didn't even have instructions on how to ask for refund.

Ordered a book The Let Them Theory
Print quality is so bad if you touch the pages the letters wipe out into a grey smear

Ordered for UK (Ireland), but charger power cable for EU plugs, for UK non compatible.
All others is OK.

Joom don't waste your money. I had purchased 6 mens t-shirts from this company and all of them where not to size and extremely poor quality. Returns system is non existent. Tried to return all items and I couldn't get through the first steps of the returns page.

Everything - I received the goods from Joom and I’m absolutely disappointed. The products are extremely cheap and made with very VERY low-quality materials. They are nothing like the items advertised. I will never buy from them again. It seems they used enhanced photography to display the products. I ordered shorts and t-shirts branded Boss, Calvin Klein, and Adidas, but what I received was very poor-quality junk.

Evri as courier already delayed delivery. Useless service. Another week with no order. Using Evri will put me off placing more orders with Joom. 11 July 26, still no delivery and NO response from Joom here. Won't be placing any more orders. AVOID?
