Worst shopping experience ever! I made a purchase from them back in May. Then noticed it was not processing or being packed. When I contacted them, they're slow to reply and then had the audacity to tell me there is no stock! Yet on their website it clearly stays in stock. Then they tell me earliest to be shipping would be 5th July! I waited and waited and then nothing so I contacted them again. Instead of replying all of a sudden my order was packed and shipped 8th July. Then they reply with a tracking link that didn't work for a whole week.
To this day 13th July it is still in transit and my order is express shipping. The most ridiculous shopping experience ever!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Even at lower prices, they're in accurate about stock and terrible at customer service. Shop elsewhere and pay a little more

I have had 2 separate instances where I either dont get my package, or the delivery person opened my box took few items n taped back up n gave me my box with hundreds of dollars of missing items. Please trust me, use YESSTYLE as ive had great experiences and at least het my belongings. I tried to give them one last shot n they failed. Never again.

The products are genuine and items are always well packaged. Yes you have to wait a couple of week for delivery but overall I'm really happy with the service. Well priced, transparent about delivery times and an amazing selection of skincare! Would recommend!

My Stylevana account showed approximately 2,000 Vana Points on my profile page. When I went to use them at checkout, my cart only reflected around 600 points, a discrepancy of roughly 1,400 points with no explanation anywhere on the site.
I raised this directly with customer service and asked for clarification on why the two numbers didn't match. Over about 2 months of back-and-forth emails, they never explained the discrepancy. Meanwhile, more of my points expired during the dispute itself, while my complaint was still open and unresolved, and they did nothing to address that either, despite it happening as a direct result of how long they took to respond.
Their final response, verbatim: they said the request was "fully reviewed by our marketing department and evaluated in direct consultation with our senior staff members," but declined "due to the strict company and privacy policies we outlined previously" without citing any specific policy or explaining either the original discrepancy or the additional expired points.

I placed an order and my money was taken on PayPal but I never received anything. They never gave me an order number, they didn’t send me an email. So, a month later I message them asking where my order is and they say they can’t find my order. I keep telling them that I don’t have an order number because they never sent me one and they keep repeatedly asking me for it. I have shown them the PayPal transaction yet they refuse to help. They’ve basically stolen my money. Stay away.

Their customer support basically doesn't work. They take a very long time to reply to emails (sometimes weeks), and shipping is also heavily delayed. They don't stick to the promised delivery times. Be careful when ordering — you risk waiting a long time and not getting proper help if issues arise. I do not recommend.

This message serves as my formal demand for an immediate full refund for my order. Although the tracking information indicates “Delivered”, the package was not received. This situation qualifies as an insured loss, as I purchased and paid for your Insurance service, which explicitly covers loss, theft, misdelivery, and non‑receipt of the parcel.
Your attempt to place my case into a 4–7 week courier investigation is unacceptable and constitutes a breach of the Insurance service I paid for. Courier investigations and their timelines do not override your contractual obligations under the Insurance coverage. The Insurance is intended to provide immediate financial protection to the customer in the event of non‑receipt, not to delay resolution for several weeks.

Unacceptable delays and lack of communication. It's week 3 that I'm waiting for my order to even be dispatched. I carefully included items that were available to be shipped within 24h, even refused to add to my cart the free gifts that were offered just because they weren't available immediately. The customer support is 9/10 times AI, in the rarest occasion that a person replies, they just apologize and keep you waiting. Very frustrating and worthless. I cannot recommend it and I'm never buying again from them.

I had a very disappointing experience with Stylevana. I ordered a sunscreen quite a while ago and still haven't received it. What's even more frustrating is that when I log into my account and check my orders, it shows nothing at all, even though I already paid using Apple Pay.
I've tried checking my account multiple times, but there's no record of my purchase, making it very difficult to track my order or get any updates. I paid for my order and expected better service and communication. Until this issue is resolved, I can't recommend ordering from Stylevana.

I did not receive my parcel, I did not receive any answer from customer service, and I did not receive my money back.
I contacted them many times and they completely ignored me.

Order just arrived and products were so much cheaper. The order will take longer to arrive but I knew that before ordering. I was nearly put off by the reviews on here but glad I took a chance. Good communication throughout so I knew I wasn’t forgotten. Will def use again as was able to afford twice as many products :)
Absolutely the worst customer service. First they delay my order by 3 weeks when I asked they never helped or cared. I had missing samples from my order they refused to help with that and lastly when I wanted to return an item that was not my fault I have to cover shipping what is this scam!
